    It's azquadparts on ebay? I'd pass. They have ads posted with the wrong pistons in kits, cylinders claiming to be new ported after market ported cylinders but are clearly used stock cylinders.They have according to the info I find they have 3 locatons (Az,LA,FLA) for the phone number listed in the ad. When you go to bp racing site they have a different 909 number.

    I'd steer clear of this seller. Your looking at a listing for new cylinders ported but the pics are of used cylinders ported and a new niche cylinders in the other pics.

    400ish is a little more than I would charge but it's not far off. 100 to bore 200 for 66mm pistons 40 for gaskets 20 for wrist pin bearings

    Still looks rounded over and your vice grips are over the notch

    You didn't file it enough then. The notch needs a sharp edge all the way around

    You can pull the spring to one side, hold it with the needle nose and then file. Whatever is easier

    There are 2 notches. When you fully extend the plunger you see them. Closer one to the knob is half choke, the further one is full choke
