    If it was me I'd pull it all the way down. Inspect everything, take good pics, post them here and then listen to what the people who know what they are talking about guide you. If there is nothing wrong in the bottom end it cost you 19 bucks for sealant and 13.99 for a case of beer while you do it. If there is something wrong it saves you thousands in parts and hundreds in beer.

    Just Run It Those stupid bottles are best in the trash. If you insist on running it then read closely. You filled it when it was cold! You run it, water gets hot and expands. Water spits out of overflow tube. Water level is now where it will stay until you remove the goofy tank. Did you not say you noticed the dribble early on in the day and then continued to run it? If it truly had a problem the dribble would have continued. Case closed. Lesson learned. Now sell it before you spend 3 life savings on it.

    What are the pj's drilled to? If they have been opened up they can/will flow a pile of fuel. Does the bike clean out good at the line, or do you have to ring it's neck to get it clean? 55 pilots should be close. I'd probably go with 60s. I'd also look to drill a new set of mains to 116/118 or so.

    Take a big screw driver that fits the screws WELL. Put a pair of vise grips on the screw driver. Take a hammer and smack the top of the screw driver to "set it" in the screw really well. Put your weight down the the screw driver. Twist it with the vise grips.
