  12. There is ZERO reason why you shouldn't pull this clear down and inspect everything in the bottom. If the rest of the bike is that roached you can be assured there us something fucked in the bottom as well.
  13. The leak down would tell you if you have an air leak that caused a lean condition. I am of the opinion that the fucker is going to get torn clear down to the crank so I give no fucks what the current conditions are. I want it apart and fixed not fucking with that dumb leak test. Most of the clowns here spew leak test before and after. I've never done one. To each their own.
  14. At 60/90 it makes no difference wtf anything else is. Most will tell you to do a leak down before tear down. I don't mess with that shit, but it's your choice. Pull it apart.

  23. This guy doesn't even know for sure what carbs he's running but you're wanting to cram a few more hp down his neck. Buy the CPI. They work well on nearly everything. Are they going to make every last drop of hp, probably not. But they are plenty good for what you're wanting to do.
