Thats what i was gunna ask. 360* of damage on both pistons...Kinda would have me looking into piston to bore clearance...if jetting and stuff is close.

hahaha we have 14 Haas machines at the shop including 2 super speed mills. I have ejected a few tools lol. We just purchased a okuma multus machine. its a dual spindle lathe with a full 5 axis head on it. 14 spot turret with three live tool pods, as well as a 50 tool changer. Bad ass.. In all honesty, a haas is a enrty level machine. okuma,Mazak, mori sekis are on a whole differant level. I have had the pleasure of running them all. Chris

Yea the left is a pneumatic v-shaped clamping fixture, and the right is a pneumatic pull stud fixture for 3-d contouring the top of parts.

Its a fixture for holding round parts.. in this case a piston.

HMMMM. 27 hrs and 1750 miles for me.. Think i might leave after my old lady gets off on Friday, that puts me there Sunday AM. Vegas mon-wed If im not broke by then! Then to the mountain(with a stop at wildcard headquarters for the hill setup rundown)!!. Thursday-Sunday pm riding. Leave Sunday night, puts me home Tuesday some time.. This Might be doable..well if i can bring myself to spend $1500 in fuel..

Stroke is the total travel of the from tdc to bdc. If you move the pin 2mm away from the stock location the ending result will be a 4mm increase in actual stroke. example a 4 mil pin is 2mm further away from crank centerline compared to stock.
