start at maybe 300 mains, and stock pilots. or bump up the pilots a size or 2 from the stock 25. see how it runs and make adjustments

Could be a wet electrical system. I had an issue like that. Dielectric grease every plug and connection and if need be unwrap and rewrap your whole harness... maybe even twice. Heat shrink open wires and whatnot.

Looking for an aftermarket extended axle, at least a +2. NO DRAG AXLES.... Any brand. Not looking to spend a ton, or ill just buy new. ~EC

try some 28mm keihin pwk's or the knock off OKO 28mm's. OKO's work just as well and have the same internals as keihins. check ebay!

Pull the carbs and intakes, and see if the reeds are broken. Carbs clean?

Gotta be sure of what your running...and im assuming you mean "rejetted" but if theyre stock carbs, only a filter, and pipes... 300's are probably fine.
