    if you are running aftermarket pipes you are too lean. Jump up to a 320 jet and give that a try. then you should be right in the ball park.

    you pretty much have almost the same mods i have and im at the same jetting you are, except i have the lid removed on the air box. It could just be you are running 32 to 1 ... thats what im running now but I've been fouling plugs.. gona have to go to 40:1

    i have one. but i am not sure where the plug-in's are for the main unit. if i find the cables ill let ya know and send ya pics (panasonic suround sound 5 disc dvd/cd with one wireless speaker)

    take the two lock nuts off holding the sproket on, take the sproket hub off, take the caliper off and put the hub castle nut on the side you took your sproket off and take a rubber mallet and hit the castle nut until the axle falls out. easy as 3.14

    The heli-coil kit will have everything you need (coils/tap/installer) they may even come wiht a drill bit, but dont remeber. works great when i had a few stripped bolt holes on my shee a while back.
