i know im gonna hear shit for this but...... if your going to blast it use 80 grit glass bead! but the way to do it is go over the whole frame with a rose bud. dont heat up the steel! you just want to blister the paint. if you do it correctly the blast will only take an hour or so. like skinning a steamed tomato

I had coolant in mine to. it ended up bieng the pump shaft seal. it will be better to go ahead and get a complet seal kit! mine came frome moose. like 20 bucks its good to have xtra seals! and dont forget to get a clutch cover and watter pump plate gasket to. if you dont allready have a billet impeller this is a good time to get one! be sure to check the pump shaft where the seal rides for a groove. if it has one it will continue leaking. if your clutch pack doesent look all worn out and you cant buy a new one soak it in brake cleaner and let it dry in the sun. or replace.............................. my X2.....

im wondering if anyone knows where you can get a fiberglass hood for a stock frame shee. that doesent cost a ton! ive checked a bunch of times and just keep comming up with HS. it will cost 350-370+70 shipping. thats cool and all but by the time i have custome paint done ill have like 600-700+ in it so im looking for other options.... thanks HQ

actually the top end is still on my bike. i wanted to see if anyone would be interested before i tore it down! like i said though the top end is a fresh bore with new ultlite pistons. i had it running a little rich usng bellray h1r-32/1 with 111oct fuel. its picture perfect!
