  1. Traxxas Revo rc car , F-1 , are good examples of this set up
  2. Divide it by budget too . Couple cans of rustoleum, bucket of elbow grease Still looks 1000% beter than start
  3. Ortonville here Fould , least your not from Alger
  4. Might be a pdf you can download if not get a clymers. Maybe check the external shift mechanism for adjustment or wear , might save splitting cases , tho likely AK is right.
  5. I belive allout drag racers port match the piston but be aware it affects reliability considerably (weakens piston)
  6. Don't worry about the language issue. There are members here from all over the world. Never did answer my question about the spraying .
  7. Ok , unless box was really jacked it wouldn't make a difference. Three things to check ,is choke crossover tube in place, are slides with the cutaway facing the air filter, are float bowls on correct carb?
  8. The tors brain box is on left side of frame under tank. There's a pinned topic on tors by savage 420 , check that. You may have to grind area by idle screw more so that screw goes furter in so it contacs slide. Tors box shouldnt affect idle but unplug it anyways. whttp://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=135591
  9. Are you talking of the visable "fog" or "cloud" of gas/fuel vapor in the carb while it is running? Did it just start doing this, or did you just notice it? To BHQ members here in states realize 9090 is in Saudi Arabia , there may be a little language barrier
  10. What's it spraying from where?
  11. Welcome to BHQ !! Either you have dirt in the carbs causing float valves not closing fully or the valves are worn out. Try cleanig carbs one at atime because they're different. Be sure to re-install choke tube that goes between two carbs. Also remove fuel petcock and clean inside of tank of dirt. Hope this helps. Post back your results or if you need more help.
  12. Could have gotten just enough water past seal on kicker that when it froze and expanded it wouldn't let kicker move. Take it out and ride it for a while if you didn't already. The heat should evaporate the moisture, but check your oil to be sure it didn't turn into chocolate milkshake (water in oil) if it did drain oil while warm.
  13. I posed a simular ? before ,didn't get many good answers. Ended up using scotchbrite pad, super clean ,lotsa elbow grease. PIA but came out good nuff. didn't do bottom. If I were to do it again I would either bead blast or walnut shell. JMHO, your results may vary.
  14. Wonder how much money has been wasted on boost bottles? Was in a sport shop just yesturday and they had one on the wall
  15. TITS ASS !!! I need a scrap pile like yours!! What did you use to bend it ? When I first read a bumper from a scrap pile I envisioned something I'd see on Blaster forum , no offense. First rate job on it ban99 !!
  16. Good Call !! Hadn't thought of coolant being frozen , Better check that shit ASAP !!else you might end up with a busted motor !!
  17. Did you pressure wash it? Pull dip stick and look for ice inside of clutch cover. Could of sucked water in while washing. If no ice pull clutch cover and look for problem. See if you can roll it over by the wheels with in gear , make sure switch is OFF!! Banshees can be tricky to get in neutral while running=normal.
  18. But it and flip it any way.
  19. What kind of riding are you going to do? Welcome to BHQ !! What do you currently have on it? Porting ,pipes, +4 timing, maybe carbs ,maybe save a little to start upgrading suspension. JMHO, your results may vary.
  20. As long as he has boots to fit , can figure out what he needs for a cable , plug any oil injection port, install new float needles as sleds use a pump and 'shee is gravity fed. Other than that a carb is a carb.
  21. You can start by syncing carbs , back idle all the way off so slides bottom out. Then adjust cables so both slide move at same time, You can do it by eye or I prefer to use two fingers from same hand and feel them both rise at same time. Adjust idle. Is it totally stock? Pull one main jet and see what it is. Check for air leaks. If no leaks when riding as you get to point it bogs pull choke out halfway , if it runs better you need larger main jet. How cold was it when you tried it? Air temp?
  22. For both of you I would strongly suggest adding grease zerk to swing arm before re-assembly and coat bolt with anti seize so it comes out of sleeve easily at a later date . also add zerk to axle carrier.
  23. Depends on available traction. If it's good only burn enough to clean and warm , if not get as much heat in them as possible.
  24. Can you replicate a vintage motorcycle seat? 72 Esinore.
