  1. You will be fine running pump. IMHO once you reach 170psi is when race fuel is needed.
  2. When the caliper moves upward like that you could probably run a +8 with the stock line. I have a +4 and my stock line has a shit ton of slack.
  3. ^ One of my favorites Andrew
  4. Welcome to BHQ. I would recommend getting a aftermarket chain slider. I run the cascade one like this http://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/productDetail.do?navType=type&webTypeId=68&navTitle=Drive&webCatId=9&keyword=cascade+chain+slider&prodFamilyId=474

  6. Welcome to BHQ! Buying a chassis and building it from the ground up is a great option. You would be able to set it up exactly how you want it right then. BUT, there are alot of great deals on complete dune/hill bikes right now. Look around and check prices. I bet you would be less money just buying a complete bike. Check out the "for sale" section here, there are always complete bikes, frames, motors, top ends...anything you need! -Zach

  8. Once you go to a round house carrier style you'll never go back. I don't see many used stock length arm's on here, but they've gotta be around for fairly cheap.
  9. That's a good start. 8K into your bike and you'll be plenty happy. I've never heard of led performance for your porting(if they port your bike, make sure they know you are going to run a 4mil crank). I would highly recommend a site sponsor on here to do work like that. I have been very very happy with my Wildcard Racing ported 350. Some other small things I would do while everything is apart: Modded shift star, shift shaft etc. Idler gear bushing, Chariot water impeller, and I'm a fan of the Mull Billet water pump gear as well. Just a few small parts to consider if you are going to pull the clutch cover during your build. Good luck and keep us posted on your build. I wouldn't mind checking out what ideas you have for frame lightening as well
  10. I've always ran Pro Tapers with no issues. I don't think you can go wrong with PT's or Renthal's
  11. Welcome to BHQ
  12. It would probably make a good difference trying some 20-21 inch 8 paddle haulers.
  13. X2, more sidewall makes a difference. I've never cared much for 10 inch rear wheels in the sand. Can't wait to see your dyno #'s
  14. Welcome to BHQ!
  15. All the bolt ons, and some good porting. Hard to say 100% without knowing your room mates exact setup though.
  16. If you got your money back then what is the big deal. JD is a top notch dude, this thread should have never even been started IMHO. Rocz=
  17. I think its probably only a small difference but I like em
  18. Sick! I can't wait to snag some up. Great designs homie
  19. Welcome to BHQ! X2 with Loco, you can't go wrong with any site sponsor on here...they all build sweet bikes
