At this elevation you are perfectly safe running 19cc domes on pump gas. That's what I run at this elevation. I suggest either Chariot or Noss. I've ran both heads and they both are nice. Welcome to BHQ! Looks like a good find. There are some sweet deals here in Utah for sure. You going to be riding it at Little Sahara/Sand Mountain, UT? What main jets are in there now? With just pipes and filters out here, I would start at 260-270's and go from there. Will you be riding it this winter, or just a summer bike?

Last I heard trail tech will warranty lights that are having chrome issues. Send them in and they will send you new ones. Just fyi for the guys who have had issues.
