yeah you can use it it the tranny just make sure you change it often ! I use 10 -40 4 stroke oil in my tranny cuz it has anti foaming agents in it and have 0 trouble !! dont bother buying that expensive Belray or other high $$ stuff , all u need to do is your oil change it often

its gunna take a couple 2-3 heat cycles to get the rings seated good ! like the other guy said , hold the throttle wide open and keep kicking until the gauge stops moving .

if the spring bolt broke off or pulled the threads you will need to pull the inner clutch hub off ! always replace the lock washer when you do , Jeff at fast "a site sponser" has the hubs and they are fairly cheap and yes the pusher adjuster should have a lock nut on it ! make sure when you adjust it to make sure the pointer is lined up with the mark on the case , I set mine up where the pusher hits just before the marks line up !

11 paddle 22,10 x8 extreams would work well also ! I am about your size, right now I run 12s and it gets out of the hole great but lose a little top end speed !with 10s I got out the hole like shit but it pulled hard at the end , I do believe 11s will be the ticket for me once I can afford them , So if I had my choise again i would buy 11s but then again it all depends what gears your gunna run ! for hillshooting I run a 15-43 . with a 2-5 you might need a little lower gearing un less all you are doing is hill racing and dragging IMO ............................................... edited to add with a + 6 a 10 paddle would probably work good , with 12s you would be pulling the front wheels off the ground pretty easy

most guys who use a pan cake bearing have a lookout and cover !and it seems to me that some of the pan cakes have a longer adjustmebt screw ? maybe try the scew out of the stock pusher ? are you adjusting it so the pointer lines up right on the mark on the cases ?

this is the deal , dont ride over 15 mph on the beach or near the campers and they wont even look at you . if you be a jerk they will catch you and run your bike through the mill! if you dont have a sticker they can take it . I have heard about sticker checks at the gate but I have never seen one .

yeah its pretty cut and dry ! are you adjusting the chaian while someone is sitting on the bike ? are you sure you getting the pinch bolts tight enough? put a line with a marker on the bearing carrier and the swingarm to see if its moving after you tighten it . like you said its a pretty simple set up. is the bearing housing clamping down tight on the carrier ? the bolts dont have to long of a shank do they ?

Try a leak down test but it seems like a lean hang to me ! Next time it does that , Nail the throttle wide open and that should kill the motor , I know it dont sound right but thats what I was taught by a top builder! and it worked for me .
