  1. why dick around with junk? Stellar J arms are bad ass, do it right the first time, if you need to save a few bucks paint them with a rattle can untill you can PC them .

  4. The pipes on the bike in my sig pic are for sale , they have had 2 minor repairs near the neck other then that they are in good shape 300 obo + shipping . figure around 50 bucks for the ride .

  6. X2 check your spark plug caps they are like 2 bucks a piece
  7. I run a TZ and maxload and dont have straight cuts , I cant see why a better bearing would make any differance .

  10. Huh it doesnt do it except in 6th gear ? I was thinking clutch basket bushings ?? seems to me if it was slipping it would do it in 4th and 5th to ! your more on the powerband in those gears .

  12. Fast hubs The hubs are pretty cheap believe it or not ! I think I buy them from fast , hell I would call jeff and have him set you up with a complete fast clutch , I pulled my hair out when I was going thru this, and the fix for me ended up being the hubs also adjustment is plays a big factor , no matter what its gunna creep alittle

I have been through this ! it could be as simple as a stretched cable, or not ! like Larry said it could be your inner and or you outer hub , I like to change them when I put a new clutch in , or if they still look to be in good shape take them to a machine shop and have them cut down just enough to put a new surface on them . also when you are first setting up the clutch adjust the pointer on the clutch arm at the case so it starts to touch about 1/4 to 3/16" before the the arrow on the case ! " I hope that make sence " .
  14. Tap the cylinders with a rubber mallet they will come loose .

Banshees drink gas !!! first thing you need to do is pull the carbs and clean them and set the floats just like the one guy said also make sure the bowl vents are not plugged ! are they in sync ? . I dont know much about stock carbs but I have read alot on here and with your mods at your elevation 220 seems very lean , I would take some of the advise these guys have gave and go up to a bigger jet , what have you got to lose ? the motor will get its best fuel milage when it is running at peak performance . also when a motor is lean it will run like a raped date ! just not for very long .

  20. Thanks man ! thats excatly what I was trying to do when I built it , not to flashy just a sexy bike that hauls the mail! This bike is VERY dependable and with the right jockey it has spanked alot of 10 mills and even a few 12s ! the motor is fresh and has O wrong with it , the only reason I am selling it is because I want to move on to a buggy . Looks like your rockin a sweet ass ride to man, I like it !

Put some feelers out on my hillshooter frame is a Stellar + 10 with removable subframe new dormaint fire red PC + 12 havoc swingarm 12 paddle extream superrlights spindle mount fronts Fresh 4mm super cub with Nate Mcoy porting and domes fresh renick by millineum new pistons lock out and 1-5 n down wcr dunable override 40 mm lectron alky carbs with packard billet bowls V force reeds fresh hot rods crank with max load and TZ bearing Marvin shaw shocks JJ hilshooter axle Aluminum Tank with dual pingle Fast fibers hood CPI 2 out the right BB drag pipes All the good stuff This bike runs very well and is making somewhere around 110 -115 hp Comes with stellar wheelie bar 7000 obo .................. not planning on parting yet bike is in California
