One thing I've noticed with the Klaws is that they are true to the size printed on the tire. Mine measure exactly 22" high, unlike other brands that measure shorter than what they claim to be. I'd try the 22s, first before changing arms. My serval hooks good on gravel with them and a stock arm.

My vote is it's just indexed wrong. Very easy mistake to make if your in a hurry and it's late. Don't ask how I know.....

No, didn't shave anything. I do think they hook up better when in soft terrain direction, even on hard terrain. They are a harder compound tire so will wear better. Maxxis Razor 2's are great also, especially for muddy trails. They are kinda heavy though and pricey, but wear well.

Depends on what your using them for. MX tires are going to be different than trail or drag tires. I have 22" Klaws and they seem to wear well and hook good for my riding conditions.

Flywheel side is the missing rod. Wiseco's came out of a running totally stock banshee that I bought about 15 years ago. Google shows 393 as rd/rz piston, just a old # I guess. Should be same as 513's. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong. They've just been on a shelf that long.

I have a stock crank that is missing a rod. Looks good otherwise. Also, have 2 oem pistons and 2 Wiseco 393 pistons in good shape. If your interested I can get you pics.

An electrical conduit strap will work for that also. 3/4" should bolt right up. You can get them that use one bolt like you have or two bolts on either side.

I use sealant also. One less place to worry about when you do a leak down test. Nothing worse than having to take stuff back apart to fix leaks. Except maybe a seizure because you didn't do it right to start with.

Been running the temp gauge for a few months. Works great, even tells you the temp sitting in the shop. Vapor has always seemed like overkill in my opinion.

Sounds like the rebound damping was maxed out and just not letting it come back up like normal . Bought a YZ 125 one time that felt the same way. Would've swore the rear shock was trash.

If it's a VW part that means they're built with weedeater parts. Sorry Vdub guys. Same spring I held in my hand with a drum cover. Identical.

Funny thing. Guy at work just asked if I had a extra spring for a weedeater this morning. Found one, it fits into shift drum cover just like the one in the pic. Somebody's weedeater is not working right.

That spring looks like it goes in the twine head of a weed eater. Have seen those in some 4 stroke oil filter housings also. Not a Banshee part.

Old baja trick but, on really long pulls if you blip the kill switch with the throttle wide open it will pull fuel/oil into the cylinders and help with lube.

You can expand the capacity of the stock tank by using boiling water and air pressure. If memory serves I gained about a quart when I was racing XC by doing this. You need to drain your tank of fuel. Find a all metal shrader valve that will fit in your tank vent hose. I cut one off of a big truck inner tube. Fill the tank with boiling water, replace the cap tightly and add air pressure using a hand pump. It only needs 1 or 2 pounds. Don't use a compressor. Let cool and repeat . Keep the tank bolted to the frame as you do this. Obviously, you need to wash it out with gas to remove the water when done. Sounds crazy but it works on any plastic tank.
