  1. I have the same problem dirty,i know why my right side after market a-arm i had to jerry rig and weld on it to get it to line up right

  3. I run shearers on my 421 serval and have 35s and they work great together

How much hp are you putting out? becuase a stock tranny doesnt like to shift with added horse power,we've had this problem with mine and a friends,when we went to a 4mil set up and I had to have my tranny back cut for smoother shifting,and I all so had a modded shift star and shift pro link,before I had the tranny cut and it still didnt want to shift under load,just like yours is doing and thats even whit a new eccrentric bolt and new shift shaft,lol
  5. Man,that there is a horror story,sorry to hear about it n2o,me and my boys atv's have tethers on them and we always have them hooked up when riding,never should you relie on a off and on switch,always have a back up,imo
  6. try lowering the needles to clear up the mid and if that doesnt help it,then rejet the main down and keep a close eye on the spark plugs.
  7. They also look like magum chrome,which what i have on my shee,i just converted stock style bushing for them,becuase the ones they sent were junk,lol

  9. that clip is a bearing retaining clip to keep the bearing from walking back and forth on the shaft,it is needed
  10. Those are some very good thoughts Cam,thats why i love my 8 plate Hinson with heavy springs,I have no issues with it slipping,i ran the same clutch on the 472 super cub on pump gas,so about 90hp and still no slipping issues there either

  12. i run 35 pwks on my 4mil serval and they tune and run just fine with my sb shearers and v3s and 6inch pods

  15. i'm at 420 ft above sea level and i run a 52 in pwk 35s and its still rich,but idles great and never have to use my choke,starts on first kick,and can lug around in first gear and never has to touch the gas,lol put 50s in it and it wont stay idleing,it will die after awhile,but will idle for ever with the 52s in it

  18. does this guy run a custom dirt bike and atv shop in west palm beacg area,cant think of the correct name or his right now,but that guy fucked me over on a 440 t-rex drag engine that was junk,2300.00 peace of shit,wouldnt recomened that RETARD to anybody!
  19. we have had the same problem your are haveing,we replaced the stator,and still did the same thing,turned out to be the cdi,replaced it,and started everytime.when it was cold it would start right up,and when it warmed up,we had to push start it.so try a different CDI and I bet that fixes your problem. keep us posted and good luck

  23. its better safe than sorry man,i would take off radiator cap,so it doesnt build pressure,so orings heat up and seal with no pressure on them,since they are new,
