  1. How much for just a title? no vin plate? Here in michigan it is a p.i.t.a. to get a custom drag chassis titled. Alot of guys will get a title and stamp that vin on there custom chassis so that the cops wont confiscate there bikes, like what happened to hoppers when it got stolen.

  4. Wow man! That def doesnt look good. I would send it to one of the site sponsors like fast or hjr and have them go through it. Im sure it would be cheaper than a new crank, and alot cheaper than catastrophic failure.
  5. I think the manual says to put in 1.6qts but i may be wrong. I was always told to just put 2qts in. And yes ATF type f automobile trans fluid.
  6. I totally understand, I ran t5's on a few different banshee's that i have owned and i was verry happy with them, but there no shearer. I dont know what setup he's running, but if its just a stock 350 with some bolt ons there is no way he needs a lockup. All he needs is a F.A.S.T clutch kit with some hd springs. Theres no way hes gonna burn that clutch up unless he doesnt have it adjusted right or doesnt know how to ride. (not saying he dont)
  7. The only oil in a banshee engine is for the tranny. There is no engine oil...haha, besides the 2 cycle oil you mix with the gas. Yes they make tether kill switches, there mostly universal. I have a prodesign tether, there about $40 new. The calipers just push in. As far as nerfs, i would keep checking the for sale section. I have seen some on here cheap.
  8. Always gettin screwed, where are you located at? There may be someone on the site that would be willing to fix it for you alot cheaper than a shop would hit you for.
  9. I would not recomend having a shop do your rebuild, you can easily do it yourself. It shouldnt take you more than a couple hours. Get a clymer manual, everything you need to know is in there.

  12. First off, Welcome to the HQ! It may be as simple as a new switch.You can get them cheap used. I would just get a tether run one wire to a ground and one wire to the orange wire on the coil. As far as the transmission oil, I would drain what is in there and add 2qts of ATF type F. And yes I would def run an outerwear on that k&n filter. And finally, if your not worried about looksi would just buy a stock shift lever, you can get them dirt cheap.
  13. x2. On the real dude, you might just want to part it out. Nobody is going to buy those plastics and no one is going to buy a tore down bike for decent money, there just going to buy one that runs.
  14. Your going to get a million different answers. I use AFT type F in the tranny. Castor 927 or Klotz supertechniplate 2 cycle oil and just regular antifreeze.
  15. Dome size depends on what octane gas you want to run. Go with a 21cc dome if you want to stay on pump gas. Not sure what jet size to tell you... I have nver ran a 2into1 setup. Im sure someone will chime in for that. What pipes are you running?
  16. Ditch the boost bottle, gas tank and get some different pipes, cpi's or shearer's should wake that motor up.

  21. I would get a reliable compression tester and see what your at before you go rippin it apart. Maybe you just have a fouled out plug. Also you could switch your carbs around to see if its the left carb.
