Would not having a ground on my banshwe prevent me from getting spark?? 97 Banshee 350 black rockstar

I have brand new plugs but I'll test the starting coil and what not

I got it after I cleaned the carbs

97 banshee getting no spark what should I replace first?

I bought my banshee as a project and I'm just finishung up now when I kick it over to try to start it it won't start and the spark plugs arent getting wet so I'm not getting fuel to the cylinders what am I missing?

So do I necessarily need that or is that in the engine?

I have a 1997 yamaha banshee and I bought this shee as a project and I'm just finishing up but I have no idea where the hoses from the coolant overflow container go I heard there is some t joint or y joint that I'm supposed to have but can I bypass that? Can someone help me 1997 Yamaha banshee black
