thats where its coming from..have had that problem with my 12mill dm...put some of your yamabond on the key way and between both gears.. -

if you dont have the right tool,an impact gun and a rag will do..hold the hub with the rag and hit the nut with the impact gun..works all the time -
any builder on here can get you1..make sure you know the thickness that you need

..it takes alot more than just bolt-on to get you where you want..also remember you will need to port the cylinders you pick,and i dont think that was included in that price from rdz..and most likly your not going to do it on pump gas..do some more reshearch and ask alot of ?s so you get a strong running motor out of your build..dont forget about your tranny too..

the only good thing about dmc's is there resale value..everytime i get a set i clean them up and throw them on ebay,and some german always payes good money for them...lol..you can NEVER compare a cpi or a set of shearers to those things..they scream on top end,but your not moving..but thats just my .02 on dmc's

with those #s your sure its not a hialeah porting????lol...just finished a 4mill stock cylinder stock carbs and v-force 2 reeds,did 103 on the street (1/4) with a 220lb rider..

too heavy..i made my own with round 5/8 solid aluminum taped with heim joints and 3/4 for the rear.. :thumbsup:
