you will have to rejet for that set up..as far as port timings,your not going to get an answer to that..everyone has diffrent mesurements and wont post them up.best thing to do is call one of the builders(i hear FAST is pretty good)and tell them what you want..

let me ask you this..sorry if it has been asked already,but do all the gears go in when the bike is off??if everything feels good with the bike off you might havee a problem with one of the forks..

did you adjust the pusher(pancake)??

thats a triple that i belive was built by k&t,so he has about 11k-15k just in motor..add another 3 or 4k on frame and then lets say another 5k between paint,axl ect.....

i think you also have to unplug the electrical on the clutch lever..

have a friend that broke a fly bar,with the cross tube support, in the same place as you doing the same thing,.luckly for him he didnt wreck..i would say to just change your bars and move on..sometimes its better that way than to have to deal with all the BS. if you need a swinger,i have a few and will give you one to help with repairs,free of charge.just pay for shipping..pm me if intrested.. good luck

the one i use bolts to the chain slide,near the rear sproket,and comes up around the chain..hope this helps..i dont have pics.nhra aproved..
