  1. Inc Wang crank lol
  2. left is 160 mains, right is 155's they look pretty much the same to me.
  3. Ya, I'm gonna check the impeller and gear, ordered an oversized radiator and gonna run it without a grill in the front shroud. It never used to run this hot, maybe once or twice when I was riding with The wind in 100+ weather
  4. So I got a set of jjh needles on the way. Another question, I'm guessing its because its a drag port and my pipes are stuffing it up a lot, bit I was running way hot this weekend, average 200 degrees running 30-50 miles an hour, with spikes upto 218. Anyone have any luck with aluminum radiators? I need to drop 10 to 20 degrees to be comfortable. That and do the billet hi flow impellers work too? It was warm out at almost 80 degrees, but it used to run quite a bit cooler with stock ported jugs. Thanks guys.
  5. Thanks guys, ya just trying to finish put the desert season, 2 trips or so. I tried lgn needles, and it wouldn't even rev out, ill have to pick some jjh needles up and try it out. It's crazy fast, just hard to dune when it stumbles right before the powerband. When I get diff needles, ill bump the main jet back up and lean out the needle. It's what it feels like it needs.
  6. At 155 mains, 48 pilots, n68a needle middle clip, still has a slight stumble going into power band, cold weather helped some, and going down on the mains is the only thing that's made it better. I've tried everything from leaning out Tue pilot, needle, going richer on all three at seperate times. I spent like 5 hours today trying to get it dialed. Slightly scared to go to 152 mains. I'll post plug chop pics tomorrow when I'm not on my phone. Any tips would be appreciated
  7. Don't have any room, but in first gear it won't even pull the wheels up, I think 165 mains is retarded rich, desert tomorrow, so ill have room to check it out
  8. Pictures! Make it happen
  9. Fired up third kick brand new everything, so I guess the 48 pilot is close, revs almost perfectly clean except for a tiny tiny bit from zero to full throttle blip, gonna adjust the airscrews a little later
  10. Ya, I picked up a pingel, and gutted my extra gas cap, hopefully its enough
  11. So I went to change my jets for this setup, and I had 60 pilots in I got from a builder, thought they were 50's the whole last year, lol wtf, how did it even run/idle awesome
  12. mid 70's unless it's a drag port probably, that'll require a bunch of money. Im sure someone will chime in.
  13. I always screw the cap on New plugs with pliers, then take side cutters and cut diagonally across the narrow part of the aluminum cap to crimp it in place, they never move after that.
  14. Good call, wonder if he will rebuild all those busted stators
  15. That's not a bad idea, the coolant bottle that is.
  16. just gonna throw a x5 on the steering stabilizers, they are fucking awesome, even better if you use a twist throttle, can ride on handed through rough stuff and it doesn't kick the bars around. I have the same(or close) one as ride.race, mounted in the same spot. After riding my friends bike without one, it's an amazing difference. GL
  17. Just gonna put it out there, I love mine, mainly for the engine temp and warning lights. The rpms are somewhat unreliable though.
  18. chances are...that dirt/sand whatever got into your motor if the slides got that dirty inside
  19. the guy might have just bought the wrong pistons thinking it was a normal rod length, or didnt know any better way back when?
  20. Nm just read last post, 2 mil out the head is a 4 mil most likely with cut domes, what is that, 370?
  21. If you read the piston, it means its a 795 series piston, which is made to go with a longrod crank(+5 mm, which is a 115mm rod), the wristpin is moved up to account for the longer rod, so port timing doesn't change. The 6400 stands for a 64mm bore. So in all likelihood, its a 350 cc motor, with a longrod crank. Unless the cylinders are ported and its a 4 mil. No way to tell without pulling a jug. Gl
  22. Glamis/gordons, it sucks when the drags are 1/8th mile or longer on crazy weekends, if you try to slow down a buggy going 90 might run you over. Besides that just the normal sand highway runs and duning.
  23. So, got all the jets ordered and all parts on their way, is there any way this will run the bowls dry with a gutted gas cap? Don't really have the 80 for a pingel, but also don't wanna lean it out. Thanks
  24. Awesome seller and a stand up guy, lightning fast shipping and well packaged. Thanks again Tony.
  25. That's pretty awesome, reguardless.
