  5. The way I read that 73mm outside diameter sleeves can be use up to a 69.5mm piston.
  6. Sleeves measure 65mm inside 73mm outside. I doubt I would ever use them as big bore. Just was curious. Not sure what to do with them but oil them up and put em on the shelf. Don't really need them yet. Its pretty flusterating the guy sold them as stock bore. Thanks for all the help guys.
  7. The sleeve walls measure just under 4mm thick. What pistons do you use at 68mm? Yes I got 2 sleeves for that price just not sure exactly what i got.
  8. I got ahold of Northwest Sleeve by email. They said hard to tell what they are. They have built several sleeves over the years to builders specs. He did tell me they should measure 63.5mm. Looks like I bought some 1/2 worn out sleeves. Guy I bought them from is playing dumm.
  9. I am with you Stroker I think its a gimmick also. The air your engine is already breathing is 70% nitrogen. But I would like to hear from people with more knowledge than me.
  10. Any ideas?
  11. Just picked up these sleeves because I thought I could use them some day and they sold cheap. They have no markings on them. The wrapper looks like it might have said northwest sleeve. They were advertised as la sleeve. They measure 65mm id 73 od and are 132mm tall. Are these big bore sleeves or am i confused thought they should measure around 64mm id. Link
  12. I have one of Brandons modded heads you would not be disappointed with it. Thats not fair more details please.
  13. I assume you mean the idle screw and not the air screw. The drill bit is a #6 measures .200". The tap is 6mm x .75 pitch. Both will probably be hard to find with out buying a idle screw kit that has them in it.
  14. That blows man! I know the feeling thow. They act like they are in charge of some super top secret shit around those airport gas stations.
  15. .360" is huge .036" good enough for me. Like rodneya said measure it on your motor first.
  16. Look what I just found. Click
  17. Tate what did you end up doing?
  18. Ya when he asked what I wanted it for I shouldn't have told him for a wheeler. He acted like I was sixteen trying to buy beer.
  19. Local airport wouldn't sell me av gas. Was the guy blowing me off or has this happened to anyone else?
  20. Stay safe man and keep in touch. God bless.
  21. I put a thin layer of yamabond all the way around the outside of the seals. Not sure if your suppost to but it made me feel better.
  22. Banshee_Bandit shot him a pm he stops in at weird hours .
  23. Good info in this thread .
  24. Yes there is a left and right to the slides. The best I can describe it is the cut out on the bottom of the slides goes toward the back.
