  1. Hye by the way who makes benol??? I never hear of any one running it from here.. mainly caster... I was just curious.
  2. well, thanks alot for the info, i just gonna keep the good ole 927 smokin in the bike for now, but will talk to a different distribytor. i Have found yet another one in the area. They seem to have some good products and will def try them in the four stroke enduro for a change. thanks! cook Ps this is't travis from my sig lol sorry if i mislead you,i just a customer lol
  3. do you have your clutch basket off as well, if not make sure your not in gear or something silly. if you are turning just the crank and it is still difficult have you pulled the head and look at the condition of your cylinder walls and such? whats the story behind the motor? noises or anything?
  4. I don't know what "not easy" is but by hand with no leverage it my seem hard, ya have to think there is pressure from the seals, friction from each piston and so on, so it depends what you mean by "easy", if the kick starter is not engaging it sounds like you most likly don't have kick starter gear and spring setup put incorrectly, they can be trickly if ya haven messed with it before. But no don't part it out, spend some time and take pride in fixing it your self and ride the balls off of it. Good luck
  5. yeah i don't hink i am goin to go though the hassle of changing i will stay with what i know... silkolene and 927... but will try the twosroke mix in a dirtbike of mine, just prob not my banshee till i expeirament some...thanks guys
  6. thanks for some insite, i may just have to go try it out,,,, feel free to chime in if ya have heard any down falls too... thanks
  7. just looked and it was the saber oil, that caims it can be ran up to 100:1, yes i realize it says up to 100:1 but what kind of proformance/ protection is happening at that ratio... maybe i am lookin too far into this, but when i was at the stand and they told me to run 100:1 it got me goin...
  8. yeah i switched from silkolene ti caster 927 but i read the bottle my slef and it said 100:1 but i have not messed with the ams oil to those who have... are there different kinds of grades of ams oil? it was at a convention where i first asked about the oil and was told 100:1 there too. I not a newb to mixing oil or running two strokes, so i really lookin for some facts i guess, i can't seem to find much hard facts about this product, but it is good to hear that the customers on here are happy. thanks for the infor so far
  9. OK i am thinkin of running Ams oil in my banshee.... i have talked to the distributor and was told if i am currently runnin 32:1 i will be running 100:1 with ams oil.... i have asked more than one person about this and still seem a lil confused on how this product can possibly oil my lower end with a misxture of 100:1... does any one have any insite with this, or any research with this? thanks
  10. I went out and found another good place to ride last weekend, if you are in missiouri check out Leerjak's. We had a great time, they also have a drag track with a light tree, and time slips, and all that. It seems pretty new and i just putting it out there for all the missiori riders or visitors. We usualy go to st. joes state park but will prob just drive the extra fourty mins to go here. Check it out at www.leerjak.com Any one else been here??
  11. i have a that some one did that too, guess it worked for them, i haven ran it.
  12. He did my port work, and a few other people's bike i know around here, i have never riden another ported banshee, but it really shits and gets now. He usually always has a very quick turn around with port work. I have never heard anything bad about his work and i would put my word behind it and plan on sending more work his way, i know kxblaster , and some of his buddies had him do some porting for them.
  13. I have the orang from maier, they look good with black, my seat, tank and rad plastics are black, looks good together and it's always ready for holloween. lol
  14. Sorry as a former polaris quad owner, i have no faith in a scrambler beating a banshee, unless the banshee bone stock and the rider doesn't know how to ride. I was just a lil drunk when i posted that at two last this morning but Happy late Cinco de mayo lol sorry
