i had my set up on a dyno, pretty similar to yours. dune port from kevin at HJR and 21cc domes are the only differences and i put out about 67hp to the wheels. theres a link to the dyno graph in my sig.

i would guess 60-65hp. u plannin on gettin it dynoed?

welcome th BHQ :beer: if you want cheap performance gains then buy a timing plate and advance the timing to +4 (most common setting). most everybody has a timing plate on here as well as either a cool head or atleast their stock head milled. keep us updated on those dyno results!

pretty sure you will lose power because of the lack of back pressure (could be wrong). you would prob have to rejet without the silencer too. but why would you want to do that anyways? it would be abnoxiously loud and you would get ticketed by for noise in the sand dunes and ticketed for not having a sparky in the woods. :shrug:

i say go with what you like. if no fenders is your cup of tea then go with the no fender look. personally i like the drag cut rear fenders but thats just my opinion. like i said though, its your bike so do what you want. :thumbsup:

yeah thats what i think too. 40hp doesnt seem too bad with only sst's, pods and vf2's. i say bump the timing to +4.

man, it really sucks that your bike got stolen! but to be honest, its been a year since you've last seen it, and i doubt you will find it. odds are it has been parted out. i really hope im wrong, but its not likely. good luck though.

thats what i was thinkin. :laugh: in either case, no they arent holdin your motor back. you dont wanna get bigger carbs untill you start gettin motor work done, such as porting or stroking. the stock carbs (even if they are bored to 28mm) will work better with a virgin motor than bigger carbs will.
