there really isnt a "favorite" oil. its mostly just personal preference. the mix ratio you use is based off whatever the oil you choose is rated for. if you do a search on her you will find loads of oil pre-mix threads. my best guess for your hp would be somewhere around 60, give or take a few ponies.

yeah, definately a nice bike man. only things i can add are the lower a-arms look to be aftermarket and not yfz arms, and the front shocks look more like axis than elka. an easy way to tell which brand the shocks are would be to take the reservoir loose fron the clamp and read the name on it.

"best" and "cheapest" dont belong in the same sentence. you gotta pick one or the other. you cant have your cake and eat it too man.

the motor is supposed to be a little more to the left. if you look, you will notice that the left carb is closer to the left pipe than the right carb is to the right pipe. dont worry, its normal. however, as suggested, you should probly tear her down and replace all the bolts and everything else needed to complete her. would make for a great winter project!

i hear ya man. for now i would throw the stock carbs on untill you get your cylinders drag ported, because the gain on top wouldnt make up for the loss in bottom end. also, not sure if you have already (didnt see it when you listed your mods), but you should pick yourself up a set of k&n pod filters if your planning on mostly duning.

honestly, IMO 35's would be too big even if you did have a dune port. the combonation of 35's and shearers on your bike will result in the loss of a ton of bottom end, especially since only your intakes have been ported. stick with your stock carbs untill you get atleast an agressive dune port. p.s. sorry to hear you got jewed on your cylinders.

you shouldnt have any problems with the po po with the cascade silencers. you should be in the clear the the PC's.

just have them refund your money and buy a new set from them. their chroming is top notch and as said, shit happens. cant get it perfect every time. as for the rockets, good luck tryin to get your hands on a set of those bad boys.

i want to buy them, the only thing thats stopping me from buying them now is the fact that the rears are 9X9's and i run in sand only. and as far as i know the only 9" tire skat trak makes is 20X11X9.....soooo, im not sure what to do....maybe ill just try and pick up the fronts.

yeah, i am just riding sand. i just like the look of them and have heard great things about them. i really dont know what model they are. if it will help figure out which ones they are here are pictures of the fronts (black) and the rears (green).---

alright, so i had originally planned on just buying the itp c-series wheels in black, however i came across a set of front and rear single bead-lock hipers for $400 shipped. is it a deal or what? the fronts are 10" with a 4-1 offset and the rears are 9" and im not sure what the offset is. main problem is i would have to buy new paddle tires because they are currently 20x10x10. what do you guys think? thanks

soooo, it wasn't kevins porting then. im glad you finally got your bike running right LIM :thumbsup: , but hopefully this will be an example for people in the future to not jump to conclusions so quickly. so now that you got her running how do you like it?
