does any one have a cascade round style tripple plate chrome front bumper they want to sell?

i got a budy with a 660 and hes looking to buy aftermarket shocks for his 660 but cant find anything. so i was wondering if we found some banshee shocks if they would fit a rap.

i send my stuff to cascade innovations in oregon for chroming. they do a tripple plate chrome, last week i sent 2 sets of foot pegs and 2 sets of arms to get chromed. i think they charge a little more but the chrome job they do is so thick, it should last forever. ill post pics when i get everyting back. foot pegs are 35 each, a arms where like 75 for the upper and 85 for the lower.

ive got a couple stock impellers with the stock pump covers as well as the outer plastic water pump cover. i think you got this allready but i got some sock reed cages with cabon fiber reeds. got a good stock head, plastic stator cover, stock banshee lights(girls melted a lil)rear grab bar with light (black or chrome) ive got a couple stock tanks. stock swinger with carrier. also got a few extra sets of wheels and tires. dont know exactly what tires and wheels i have, but i have a bunch. some good some realy used. 2 sets of front and rear stock yellow shocks, off an 97 and a 02. so pm me if anything helps. jeremy

what are the advantages of atf over 10-30 motor oil?

ive bought 2 of there +6 last year. they were a little on the hight side but you pay for what you get. they do a trippel plate chrome job on them, which is the best chrome ive ever seen. they give you a warranty, if i remeber right on the chrome chipping too. the swinger by it self is like 700 then you got the carrier 120, brake line 75, chain 100 and with sipping your right at a grand. i bought two setups two +6" swingers and 2 sets of ultralights at the same time, one for mine and one for my wifes. so they gave me a little price break. i think i spent like 2,700 total but well worth it!

the first banshee in my sig has a 4 gall ims. the front fender extends on the side of the 4. i think on a 5.6 you have to cut the front fender. thats just what i was told.

are you shure its a 4 gall? it looks the 5.6

i made this out of 1/2" aluminum for my wifes banshee

if you dont have any air flowing threw the radiator there is no way to cool down the coolant, so it makes sinse that it was overheating. if you let a bike like a raptor sit and idle for a long time, the fan will turn on to try and cool the radiator down. if your gona let you banshee idle for a long time, put a box fan in front of the bike. that should help it not to overheat.

i bought two a while back and forgot how much i paid. pm ban99 for a price. you have a choice of chrome or pc and bare metal if you want. but they are well woth the money. gets rid of that huge stop sign that hangs off the back. he does very nice work. i get allot of compliments on them.

SAY OUT LOUD: Im..........Sofa........King..............We.........Todd........Did Ive got so many of my freinds with this. but you gota have them say it out loud. the longer it takes them to get it the funnier it gets. one of my buddies is kinda a dee ta dee, and he never got it. i was in tears and finaly had to tell him after about the 30th time.

ya, i was just wondering if it had to be oil safe. didnt know if all silicon will work with oil. honda or yamabond are oil safe, and i know permatex makes stuff called moto seal that will work with oil as well.

what did you use to cut the hole in the sidecase? did you use honda bond to seal the window? also how did you drill the screw holes with out the plexi cracking?

yamabond is a simi drying sealant. so i think you sould be ok to re-tighten

when you say that you reset the idel screw to 2 turns out, are you talking about the pilot screw or idle screw. because there is no set number of turns for the idle screw. there is for the pilot screw wich is 1 1-2 to 2 turns out. other then that, have you checked for any air leaks? spray carb cleaner or wd-40 around the intake and see if the idle changes. even thought the seller thought the jets were correct, i would pull em appart and doulble check. you might want to check the needel clip as well.
