I've never had any problems.

I don't see where you could install the kit wrong, and it ending up running rich and bogging.

What is your elevation?

I run at sea level and supposedly I have to run race fuel. I don't want to run race fuel. :sad:

I think I've purchased 3 already, lol. I tried my camera phone, in an effort to get them to you faster--but the resolution was horrible and the pictures were pretty much unusuable.

I have a Pro Design Cool Head w/ 21cc domes, new still in package and has the installation hardware with it. I may sell it...I haven't decided yet. :-/

I thought anything near 160 you should run race fuel? (156 in this case) I may ditch the PD Coolhead and 21cc domes I already bought because I run at sea level, and don't want to run race fuel.

I'm going to rebuild mine very soon, and it's about $5-$10 so might as well do it. I've never taken it apart or anything, but from the parts list for it--it sounds like the ball bearing more than anything in your case. I found out my kick start is vibrating, and causing the most annoying ringing I've heard in my life. All the bolts and nuts are tight. Any tips? (It's the lever ringing...the kick start as a whole is fine and 100% functional. I think it's just worn.)

The stock air cleaner blows, I'll testify to that one. I had a low end bogging also. I put a replacement uni-filter on temporarily. I have K&N pods but I'm waiting to do a few mods at once, and my stock one was fucked so I bought a uni-filter to ride with in the mean time. Cleaned up the throttling a lot. No more bog.

I ended up going to Daytona for the race. Leaving the hotel here shortly.

What led you to believe that you had an air leak? Just wondering...I'm not sure how the bike would act to make you think that, and I'd like to know for future reference.

How many hours are on the machine? Check for carbon build up in the exhaust. Remove your spark arresters and clean them...it's only 3 screws on each exhaust tip. Take them out, and wipe them down. Use a wire brush to scrape all the hard-deposited carbon off of them. Use a screw driver to clean in the grooved part, and blow it out with compressed air.

I run Yamalube, 32:1. I think 32:1 is the favorite mix. Switch it up, see how shee does.
