I wouldn't completely turn them down because there is no pictures...I'd email or call and request some. I've seen things on craigslist that had pictures, and they looked like shit. Another of the same item had no pictures, and the price was higher. I got the pictures for the more expensive item, and it was almost perfect compared to the others that had pictures. Just don't completely shoot it down because of the lack of pics, try requesting 'em. Idk anything about prices on those things though.

If he plans on porting it in the future, go with T5s. (Responds to aftermarket porting better.) If he plans on doing just bolt ons, go with T6s. (Responds to stock porting better.) Even if he isn't porting for a while, he might as well go with the T5s now. ---- I've been doing a lot of research on pipes because I'm ordering some for mine soon, and this is my understanding of it. I'm sure a lot of people on here would agree, as they helped me a lot. I personally plan on T5s.

I was thinking of taking pics as I installed all my mods within the next week or two... -K&N Pods -Removing Tors -Pipes -Jetting -Other things as they come I figured we could sticky them or something, or create like a library. I think it would work pretty well having pictures and everything, and my bike being entirely stock right now. Any opinions?

I was thinking of doing it like this: Mod Step 1: (Install all at once) TORS Eliminator (Already Have...not installed) K&N Pods w/ Outerwears, remove stock airbox. (Ordered...Should be here any day now) Plugs (NGKs...ordered...on their way.) Pipes (Working on it) Jetting (Looking into it after pipes) **See the $$$ damage, and as soon as I can, proceed.** Mod Step 2: Tires (Razr 2s) Reeds (V-Force 3) **See the $$$ damage, and as soon as I can, proceed.** Mod Step 3: (Pending...I want to see how first sets of mods respond) Nosshead w/ 21cc domes Adj timing plate. **Take some time off, and pay my other bills, lol.** ---------------- I'm hoping to have all the parts, installed and tuned step 1 by July 4th ish. Reeds mid July. Tires end of July. Step 3 August. I'll be back to college by Sep 1, so my income is going to drop by then, and I'm going to focus my $$ back on school bills.

Oh yeah, I have the stock tires as it's such a new bike. I plan on switching to Razrs, Razr 2s, or I-Razr (most likely the first) once I get a few performance mods under my belt. (Mainly pipes and K&N.)

I want to stay away from race fuel. I remember someone saying something about the NOSS Head...I think it may have been you. I've been looking at NOSS head, and cool head, and domes, and all this shit I don't really know what it is, but I've been looking at them, and researching. I was going to let these mods fall into place and get a feel for what direction I want to go in after that. I'm not going to claim to be a pro or anything like that, but I've been riding about 10 or more years, everything from 4x4s to dirtbikes, and it's always been my biggest hobby, and almost a daily thing. I'm pretty confident in my riding ability. Although the 'Shee is amazing, I think stock it isn't enough. I have no doubt that rider ability plays a huge role, but if I run into modded 450s and modded Raptor 700s, it's gonna be tough on me and the stock 'Shee. From what I hear, modded it's a different bike...and it really wakes up. That's what I'm pullin for.

Thanks for all the quick info. I found a really nice set that is exactly what I'm looking for. T5s, sandblasted, flat black, no damage, repacked on Ebay for around $350. I will hopefully order them once I get paid Thurs. Since I love to spend money and go fast, I'm just going to plan on porting, etc. I know I'm going to get bored of the mods I listed above, and will want more. The bike is currently stock, and I'm getting all these things installed almost together, lol. I should be happy for a week.

How about stock w/ T5s vs. stock w/ T6s? (Stock port.) Other mods would be: K&N Pods w/ outerwears TORS Removed VForce3 Reeds and cage NGK BR8EIX I just don't know if I feel like doing motor work. The bikes almost brand new, so it could be a year or more out of the way. Or I could get a bonus check and say hell with it, do it now. That's what's holding me back.

Did you read my post? I clearly stated I was explaining why I asked the things I did, and that the scenario had nothing to do with this bike.

They look a little rough to me. Look how nasty the expansions are...looks like you did quite a bit of mud/water riding. I'll just hold off another week and buy new Toomeys. Edit--I asked about packing because that could give me a better idea of the hours on it. Chances are he was going to say he has no idea on the hours. At least the packing will give me a better idea. Usually: a) it will not need to be repacked, because they are so lightly used, they are used, and need to be repacked, or c) they will not need to be repacked because he did it already. In any event, the answer would help me determine the usage time on the pipes. If he can't even repack the pipes...why would I spend $600 on a motor that was probably raped to hell, and wasn't maintained? (I'm not saying it is...I was just explaining the reasoning behind it.) And if I'm paying $x + Shipping, I want to know if I have to spend more on them.

I don't care if they are fake or real. I just want to pay the right amount for them...if they are real and you can prove it, I'll pay more towards the authentic price. W/o any paper work, numbers, etc., they are worth no more than the knock-offs, and should be handeled as such.
