  1. http://grandrapids.craigslist.org/rvs/812777960.html not mine but i found it
  2. wow i hope that is an old plug.. otherwise you are real rich
  3. drill would be my last chance to remove it. first i would try a punch and a hammer. i'd had to do that many times
  4. just wondering... why would it matter how long it takes to remove the engine? cant ride it without it anyway.. but yea prolly about 2 hrs
  5. well when i put my new plugs in and went wot and pulled them they didnt look real rich. they were normal light brown and i chopped them and the ring was normal just really light. i just rode it a little bit ago and tried pulling the choke open a little bit and it wanted to kill out. so if the 27.5's dont work out tomarrow i will have to play with my air screws
  6. ok i'll get a bigger pilot tomarrow and see how that goes
  7. JD i got a design i want but i just got to finish it.. i'll call you when i'm ready
  8. you might be too rich if it fouls out and that will make it hot. but it could have been that you were going slow also. but for sure your shee shouldnt foul out at low rpm if jetting right.
  9. i did do a plug chop and the ring around it was about half a dime thickness that was dark but maybe 4 dimes thick light brown about that. i hear that klotz leave lighter rings but it was light about the dark one. also my shee is stock besides the pipes and filters. my chops kinda says i'm on the leaner side but my jetting says richer for just being piped and filtered. should i come in on my air screws a lil?
  10. forgot to add i started at 310 mains and it was worse and wouldnt even get in power ban with air screws 2 out
  11. i finally got my fmf fattys on this week and went for a ride on some local trails. my jetting is close but my low to mid range has a bad bog which sucked in the trails. i had to ride mid 2nd the whole time. wot is spot on untill sometimes when i shift in 6th. i have fmf fattys and k&n pod filters. elevation is around 600 and i'm running 330 mains 25 pilots and 1.5 turns out on the air screw. the needle is on the fourth clip down. i did a plug chop and it looked good but was light. what do you guys think?
  12. i picked up pipes from him a while back and sent the money and got them within the week. fast shipping. thanks
  13. you said it has pipes and k&n right? if it does it has been rejetted at some point. someone correct me if i'm wrong but i believe you rejet for ever 25 degree higher or lower and i'm not sure the elevation changes.
  14. the biggest difference you will prolly notice, expecially being in atlaska is jetting for the temp changes. dont run her in the winter when its set for 70 degrees.
  15. camera dont want to load pics on the computer but one part connects right next to when the carb vent lines go down by the shock mount. then it goes between the carbs and connects T's to another that runs right next to your water impeller hose on the right case then they both go up the handle bars to something i didnt look
  16. exactly.. i didnt follow it up that far to see where it when from the carbs
  17. banshee is for sure the easyest to fix when they do break. there are no cams or valves to deal with and parts are cheap. get a manual and just read. once you tear it apart once you can do it in your sleep.
  18. if its the one i'm thinking it is about the size of the radiator overflow hoses and it should go from the top of the rad to a 3 way. one goes straight back to about where the shock mount is and the other goes on the right side of the case or top of the right case
  19. for track you want a shorter swingarm for better traction also
  20. god dam that is a steal... if i only waited 2 months to buy mine.
  21. well then i guess elka and works thriple rate shocks are outta the question?
  22. then that made it too rich. i dont think your lean. just put the old plugs back in and go by the colors of them haha
  23. shit man they shoulda sent you 2 new ones for that break.... anyway thats a deal just dont have cash right now...
  24. stock pilots are 25 and yes you have to replace the plugs after every chop. 1-6 wot pull clutch and dont ride it after its off untill you switch the plugs
