i soak it doun with 30 wt periodicly and wipe off the exess stay pretty good unless i ride doun a dryed out dirt road then i gota lube it alot

i mix the oil heavy ride it easy and jive it the occasional stab and hold then coast, ride some more then stab and hold etc. (by stab and hold i meam going about cruise speed then hold wot just untill you just about top out then let off and coast at idle) this drives the rings into the cyl hard and then the coasting givs it a desent cool doun especialy with air cooled bikes how i do my dirt bikes atvs sleds etc. i have a different metod i use for my street bikes.

itl take a long time youve got a lot of hose to fill with fluid and the master cylender dosent pump air very well takes me forever to do my bikes with integrated rear brakes once u start to get fluid to bubble up it goes fast

gasket sticky is ok but not silicone silicone will let the gasket float around and it will push out when u tork the studs and blow out when u run it for a while as a general rule use the gasket or the silicone not both for cyl.heads always use the gaskets just make sure to tork the bolts to speck in the manual specified pattern and youl be fine

jus found our what an rz 350 is omg i want one so thats the exact same engine with oil injection and diff trannie gears? are those trannies available on ebay where do you get the parts for the swap?

are u swapping the whole trannies out or just drum and forks or what. im confused how do you put one trannie from one into another does that take alot of machining er are they the same whit diff. ratios so it would be a drop in deal?

why would it overheat with fouled plugs most things ive seen just run like shit with a fouled plug or wont start.
