  1. A "BansheeHQ.com" graphics kit would be kickass. I'd be first in line to buy one. Led get that printer\cutter project goin, you can sell em on the banshee zone if you want.
  2. Your 100% sure your not sparking ?? Please check again for spark. Ah the stator has two seperate functions, one is for the ignition system, the other funtion is to provide power for the lights. The ignition function of the stator can go bad while the lighting funtion might still work. So you can kick the motor over with a bad stator and the headlights will still flicker on. Ya know how the stator has those arms, well half the arms power the ignition, while the othe half of the arms power the lighting system. Check the coil wires first. And if you wanna dig some more... take off the side cover on the shift lever side of the motor. You will find the flywheel under this cover. While looking at the flywheel you'll see a small black box called the "pickup coil". Its held to the "stator plate" with two small screws. check to see if the little pickup coil box is still attached properly. If your coil wires are attached, im thinkin' the stator mighta took a dump on ya again.
  3. Vito's Racing has em too.
  4. found it... http://www.macdizzy.com/oldfriend.htm
  5. I heard they're very difficult to fly. You'll learn to fly on a tether till your good enough. SynTaXX is into the RC choppers.
  6. http://www.macdizzy.com had an rz500 engine in a Quadzilla frame somewhere on that site.

  10. Agreed on everything you wrote
  11. The computer is fun, I havent had any problems with mine except that I lost the little magnet that you epoxy to the brake rotor. I bought a rotor bolt with the built in magnet and now I don't have to worry bout losing the magnet anymore. One thing that I liked was the "average speed" function. I would go from spot A to spot B and get my average speed, then I'd race through the same trails again and again trying to get a higher average speed. There's a pile of different functions it performs. Yep Iv been there. My problem was with my Lonestar stem. The LSR stem uses a different handlebar bolt spacing than the stock steering stem. So I go and buy a fancy high dollar trail tech bar clamp\speedo holder\headlight setup only to find out that I can bolt it onto my LSR stem. Why Lonestar would sell a replacement Banshee steering stem with a different handlebar bolt pattern beats the hell outta me. I had to rig mine up with a set of 1 inch spacer that raised my bars even higher. At first I wasnt thrilled about the bars being up so damn high, but now I can dig it. The tall bar setup is nice when your standing up on the pegs and they're nice when your cruising down the smooth haul roads. My 250r uses a stock height stem and I feel like im hunched over the bars when im riding it.
  12. I dont know what he was sayin' but..... that was pretty cool. original too
  13. BFH=Big Fucking Hammer
  14. WTF is "a guy doing a Holyman"? Is it a pic of guy selling high quality needle bearings ? Holyman, your famous dude. [beavis voice]hehe hehe you should get a tatoo of a butt on your butt[/beavis voice]
  15. no offense "fromygod".... thats the right way to fix em, but... fuck dat, get a BFH and whack the shit outta it. Iv bent rims on the trail and bent em back into shape with a rock allready. Scratches....pffft
  16. Holy crap Fireman 220 psi I bet thats a fun ride. I got -2 too also, I can think of a single complaint I have with the -2 setup. If your using a set of 'zero preload\sagging" front shocks, they help alot with keeping the front wheels on the ground so you can steer around a track.
  17. yea good question. I was under the impression you HAD to tig chromoly.
  18. sounds like a fun project. Aftmkt arms come in either mild steel or chromoly, go chromoly if you got the tig to weld em. Make a jig so both sides are IDENTICAL, they gotta be perfectly identical.
  19. I use Pro-Taper but I don't know what bend they are they're purty darn flat. They look cooler Ahh and I guess they're supposed to be stronger than regular ol' handlebars and I'd beleive it, with the larger diameter and all. I like how flat they are, there's no big bend in em like reg bars have, just a slight bend. I guess that adds to the strongness claim. I think they claim to reduce handlebar vibrations better, but who can tell. Both these bars are Pro-Tapers. The Banshee is using a +1 stem, plus a one inch spacer, they're up really really high and I like um like that.

  21. The "C" or "beginners" classes are run in the morning race that starts at 10am, the Pro's race the afternoon race at 1pm. The Sparta has been on the GNCC circuit for awhile and its known to be a tough race. GNCC race might not be the best race for your first race, start with a local district race, a hairscramble. The morning race will have alot of fast racer, the womens class, the vet class, 4 stroke stock class, they're all very fast riders, you better get outta thier way if they come up on you and start hollerin' at ya.
  22. I also agree that the govt shouldnt be responsible for paying my expenses when I hit 65yrs old, but in reality they're NOT paying for our retirement, we are they ones that contribute from OUR paychecks... damn i'v been giving them money out of my hard earned paycheck every week for the past 15 years so I can get that social security check, and now they're telling me.... "tuff luck, no more money to give out, we used it all, plus we borred agaist it, so your on your own now" And the final kick in the balls..... is the email I posted that started this thread. Thats mine and your tax money funding the retirement of these politicans. I would fund thier retirement if the numbers were realistic, say they'd get $40,000 grand a year to retire with. but NOoo... we're payin' millions for thier retirement.
  23. name calling and attacking makes you sound stupid and you lose credability in the eyes of others when you make your cocky remarks. If I could give some advice... If your going to engage in a dabate, be respectful of others opinions, 'smart' is far more attractive than cocky. Brooke how does a self employed person like yourself pay your social security taxes each week ?? Im not sure how that works.
