  5. as posted in the jetting section with no luck: Hi, i need some input about Lectron carbs. A guy sell a set of 38mm lectron, and i want to know if this carb it's good for a 4mill stocks cylnder drag bike. (see picture for the carb. I know the lectron run wirth interchangeable metering rod to set the carb on gas or alky. So, i want to know if it's good carb, how to set up lectron (méthanol vs gaz, pump or not? if someone have a idea of set up to put in this carb, where to go to get parts... The actual owner of the carb don't know anything about the carb, they never run it on his bike. I want to be certain that the carb will run properly on a banshee...If anyone have some information about this carb (look at the picture in the link below)...model of carb ...   10. I split the case of one of my drag bike with a 4 mill 115 rod hot rod crank. I want to know if it's possible and how to replace the o-ring of the crank in the center. I change a couple of time the o-ring on the outside bearing, but on the center, i'm not sure if it's possible... If not, what are you doing to fix? thank you

  12. What is the advantage to have heavy arm? DD or GRR it's the best? I know with heavy arm, no need to put bolt on the arm.But heavy arm hurt anything? Input needed! Thank you
  13. How much: it's depend of the reliability you want. Generaly, it's not the intake the problem... I do it a couple of time on my 513 and ended up with broken skirt... On the seat, I don't feel any difference widened or not. Just an advice.
  14. Thank you Dave for the precious information. I think my hinson have around 3/4 inch or so more than OEM unit. I double check as soon as i can the extra space and i post it.

  21. I just want to know what it's a normal water temp... last night, i try my Trailtech vapor on one of my drag bike. The outdoor temp was around 64F and my water temp was at 150F after two or three pass. Too high, low or normal? This bike water=engine ice.
  22. I also call BS on the rev limiter...I have a stock cylinder /stock stroke drag motor rev out more than 12k... Not really consistant at the track, but when you got a perfect run, oh shit this bike was very fast for what it is.
  23. ???never???? I had same problem 2 time....the fucking RM flywheel broke...the casting of RM flywheel is like shit. The first time, RM send my another flywheel, but the second time the warranty was expired... I think casting are poor and the flywheel are not well balanced like a OEM Yamaha one. I actually didn't have any problem with the stator from RM for 2 years..but the flywheel it's a piece of shit! RM and RS it's the same shit...stay away from this product (flywheel)!!!!
  24. Planning on it. I will have a lot more time with this motor. There is a ton more left in it. I was geared at 19/42 and I know I can go higher. Maybe more tire and less gears??? A couple of years ago, I have problem doing good time (on drag strip...i know it's not the fucking same thing but..), I running 16/39 and i was slower than less hp bike... After a couple of try, i running 15/42 and i was faster...At the end of the track, my bike was close to his max speed/rpm... I'm not an expert, but i think if you came at the top of the hill in your higher gear and close to your max RPM...you will be probably faster...
