If you lived closer I would take it from you for a couple days and try to fix it. You need someone else to look at it. One more question, are your carbs synced? That would make a big difference

Just some stupid things to check. Your vent lines and gas cap, make sure they are clear and breathing. What gas are you running in that thing? What plugs and are you setting the gaps right? Just for shits and giggles try and set your timing back to +4 and see if that helps. You did say you put new reeds in right? If not spends the couple bucks for the reeds and change them out. This might not be your problem but I had the same problem with my bike and it was bad gas. Just check the bike out make sure all your wires are hooked up, all the vent lines are clear, and that you dont have some safety switch on (parking brake or tors crap).

Ok I know of the track on ridge. Thats funny, I thought my buddies and I were the only ones that called it monkeyville. Yeah I have one of the two moto tracks on Allentown Rd. It needs alot of work to get it back into shape but I have to watch because the township told us not to do anymore work on it.

That you have been to my place. Pretty much anybody within an hour drive of Hatfield has riden at my place. I had a motocross track in my back yard. I had over 400 people signed up to ride there. Any giving weekend I would have 50 people riding.

If you have been riding and racing the last 10 years in this area good chance you have riding at my place. I havent raced in about 8 years and I want to get back into so bad. Mostly harescrambles but I did race some moto.

How long you been riding? You race? I hear you on the bike for moto and harescrambles. Now do the local kids race or do they just paste stickers all over their bikes? I don't know if east coast does their own motor work or not but if I get my bike ported I'm sending it to HJR myself. You ride any where local?

They are pretty good. They build alot of the local racers quads around here. They build and sponered some of the top pro too. I think their biggest rider was Chris Borich. Check out some of their drag quads. They have some nasty banshee drag quads. I'm not saying they are the best in the world but they do good work and they only do quads so that helps. So where you from? I'm here in Hatfield, Souderton area.

I went with Jennsan mx tech +2+1 arms and Elka dual rates with compression adjustment. I got the Jennsans because they come with a lifetime guarntee against breakage and bending. No crap man. I had a yzf426 and that was a monster to drop out of the hole. My brother had a 400ex with a pipe and open airbox and that thing was great out of the hole. 4 pokes will kill a 2stroke at the start.

I have a 2003 with T6, Vforce 2, drilled out air box with a twin air filter. Thats it. It still has stock suspension. I'm running 320 mains in it. He was topped out when I passed him in the long race and I just shifted into 6th when I had 3 bikes on him. The only reason he beat me in the short race was because I dont have traction in the grass. I did race for a long time. I think in 60 races I lost the hole shot about 5 times. I think there might have been about a 20 pound difference between us. I weigh about 190.

It depends on the distance. I raced a 700 with my piped shee. In a 100 yard race on grass he had me by about half a bike. In a 200 yard race on the street he had me til I hit 4th gear. I passed him just as he hit 5th. By the time I hit 6th I had about 3 bikes on him and still pulling away but I ran out of room to see how bad I could have beat him.

I dont wear my helmet alot of the time when I ride around my house on the shee. This weekend I was out on my bike so I had my helmet on and I jumped on the shee and I was still wearing my helmet. I'm glad I was because I flipped her in a 3rd gear slide and I landed right on my head. I would be in the hostipal right now if I didnt have it on. I always wear it when I'm out riding some where else but I need to start wearing it all the time so my kids know thats what you do.

Does anyone have a twin air air filter adapter plate? I got one a couple of years ago and I need a new filter for it but I cant find one. If someone has one do you know where to get the filter

Dude, I think he was just posting the pics to show what Kevin did for him. He wasnt asking for any info just said he dosnt know what kind of power it will have. I think he is proud of Kevins work. Everybody post thier new toys. He did show pics of the oem ports and kevins ports so that was cool. Shows what kind of work kevin does

I have it +4 now with elkas. I'm not looking to get into hardcore like I did. Just want to do a race here and there. When I did race before I had a stock YZ80 with a pipe and rad valves. Like the banshee nothing but top end. I would whoop the sh*t out of guys with thousnds of dollars into their bikes. Its all rider especialy in harescrambles. Like I said not looking to go pro just go out and have some fun here and there. Just miss the adraline rush of racing so Ill use what I have

Do you have an extended axle? That might make a difference too. If I were you I would try a standered lenght swinger first and see how you like it before you go and cut up your extended swinger. If your swinger is in good shape you could sell it or maybe trade it with someone on this site. Where are you from anyways? There are a ton of guys from PA,NJ,NY on here that could give some advice on what to run where you ride.

I was just wondering how many people on here race harescrambles in District 6? I use to race bikes a couple of years ago and was wondering how many guys on here race. Tried racing Blasters but that just didnt work very well and was thinking about trying the Shee. If anybody does I would like to talk about setups and different tracks that are good for quads.

I have the T-6's on my shee and I love them. Alot of the guys on here say if you plan on doing any porting go with the T-5's if you want to stay with Toomey. Like alot of things on here go mods are personal opion. Do some searching on what you want and if you plan on doing more look it up. I know this site has helped me out alot with what I want to do.

Check the TORS and make sure the e-brake switch is working. I just had mine screw up on me yesterday. Thing ran great earlier in the day then went to take it out and did the same thing as you are descibing. I looked at everything trying to figure it out. Then I looked at the switch on the clutch perch for the e-brake and saw that it wasn't in all of the way. I played with it for a second and ran great.
