when i had mods like urs.. i stuck a cool head to boost the comp and then put some pwk33s lost some bottem but gave me alot more mid n top i liked the carb upgrade

i find the banshee is more fun... and like half the price... so u can spend the other half on mods but the yfz450 is a better ride stock

to lean or to hot maybe? but its prob fine do a plug chop to be safe? my fmfs blued up real bad for about a foot and jetting was fine then 1day my main got blocked and now my whole left pipe is blueish gold :/ but now im just drippling storys

i mate my airbox fit my pwk33s ..same size as 35s .. just had to move the airbox back a little and make a little bracket.. nothing hard about it

swap the pipes over and do a plug chop test http://www.bansheehq.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=13&Itemid=28 thats the best safest way if its had health issues who knows what some1 else has done

rofl sorry man its nearly 2am at work here lol yeh ur pilot is to big just drop down a pilot jet at a time say from 50 to 48 down and down till u find the happy spot

your pilot jet is to small. go smaller and smaller till it runs perfect at 1.5 turns out from closed

stock there around 210 mains.. sounds a little rich.. depends on temp and where u are.. do this: http://www.bansheehq.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=13&Itemid=28 that will tell u if ur lean or rich.. good luck -
ive got a stock stroke with a mild dune port with pwk33s and cpis my jetting is 45 pilot and 152 mains and CEL needles on the 2nd clip
