Tonight I should know whether I'm going. I filled in the low spot with JB weld last night. Trinity next day aired my head seals so they will be in today. :thumbsup: Will it work? Who knows. :shrug:

Well here is a wrench in the works. I just found out that my 'shee has a coolant leak at the right cylinder. :sad: Popped the head off and the right cylinder was clean as hell. :ohmy: I talked to slobanshee and he helped me in finding a small ding on top of the cylinders where the o-ring seals. Very small. SSSSSSSSOOOOOOOO...............I just called Trinity and they are sending me an o-ring kit at no charge and I'm gonna take JB weld and fill in that small mark and I should be good. Now whether I'm gonna be able to make it on Saturday is beyond me. :shrug: It might be a late night of working for me on Friday so I will probably be sluggish if I make it on Saturday. Lets see. JB weld, re pressurize the cooling system (if no leak then I'm good), put the engine back together, start up, retork the head, then plug chops. Lot of things to do in such little time. ::

I will be there 30 mins prior. I wanna meet up with everyone before we all park. That means I have to leave home at about 6:30. It says "We Support Our Troops" on the website. Do you think they will give me a discount for being military?

When I'm in neutral, my gears make noise when the clutch isn't pulled. Its pretty normal. Especially on older engines. In order to align the arrows you have to take the clutch cover off. So yeah, you gotta drain the oil and the coolant.

Well this whole story happened 5 years ago. I've had a couple other nasty spills since then but I'm better now. If I could take the old 'shee to hell and back I would. What can I say? I got the bad luck gene.

You got a nice bike as well. Yeah my 'shee is the money pit. I'm gonna take it easy when we ride. I have alot of power adjustment to deal with. Like the 4mil, port, compression, sprocket size, and some other things are new.

And keep in mind that all of that happened over 5 years ago. :biggrin:

What were you tryin' to find some dirt on people? LoL! :laugh: I'm surprised you found that. This is my 'shee and it is still same ole 'shee that I've always had. Just a few mods here and there. :biggrin: Don't mind the fluid. I bled the brakes.

If there is a spacer at the bottom then most likely (like 99%) you have a stroker crank. I dunno why you would have a spacer plate without one unless the deck and/or base has been modified. Probably a +4mil. 1.00 usually means that your pistons are for a bore of 1mm over stock. As for the pistons. They look like Wiseco 795 series pistons. Those pistons are used on +4mil cranks.

Yeah jugriggs you can take my ol' shee for a spin. I dunno about the trail shootout though. Many of the trails are narrow.

oh if we take videos. i want them all because i want to make a big video with music and everything. whoever brings cameras bring your cables also. i will bring my laptop to upload all the images and video.

Ok so is there any way I can adjust it correctly without having the engine mounted on the frame?
