Dude... you dont need to buy cases... Really, ship the motor to me. I'll hook you up, I'm not riding anymore this season and Im pretty bored untill I start busting my bike down.

Go Pro Design on the impeller... I have heard bad things about the Vito's impeller quality.... And yes Im sure you'll be able to mod the star yourself..... Its obvious what needs to be done when you look at the star, Just research untill you find a pic of one already modified so you have an idea how far to grind as its pretty hard for me to explain with no measurements. Just stay away from the neutral galley. Use a bench grinder to take most of the material away (EVENLY!!) and then once you've shaped it pretty good use a right angle die grinder with a 3M cookie (Gasket remover) and really smooth it out.... Make your humps smooth and flowing

I used a torch to get one stripped stud out of my case.... I wouldnt recommend it tho unless you have used torches in the past and know what your doing... you could really mess the cases up.. As for the dowel pin........ Pry until you get it all out if shes wedged in there, just be gentle on the cases Also for the stud if you arent going for the heat method (torches) You can also try welding a good size nut to it.... Then simply turn it out, BUT if the stud starts to twist or it seems like it could snap..... Stop immediatly, you definatly dont want it snapping flush with the case. If this happens, dont go any further until you get someone who knows how to use torches and heat the case to get the stud out. And for the drain bolt.... Heli ciol..... Man just ship the cases to me lol

I've always used Cometic Gasket kits.... They are always a good fit and good material. And While your in there I would check your clutch basket for any grooves where the clutch fibers teeth slide in. Also check the little flat head, off center shift shaft adjusting screw... Make sure it is tight. Now would also bee a good time to take your shift star off and modify it... If you want you can mail it to me and I'll do it for ya, that is if you are not inclined

The level of humidity will affect the air bigtime.... This has happened to alot of guys on here. If your jets are spot on and you know that for a fact... Chalk it up to bad conditions and try running on a less humid day Go from there

I couldnt tell you for sure, I've never used these and never drag/ride asphalt They are $110 new each....
