stock should be a 34mm mikuni i belive, I have never had a idle prob outta one of those. Check the pilot jet passage real good for debris. Now if it was a kehin, id say tough shit, they either idle to the moon or not at all, LOL. I will check my car that was on my bike when I got it, had close to the same set-up.

you like rc cars? i have a tmaxx roller with like 70% billet parts (only plastic is diffs, tranny, and rear bulkhead, shock towers) has full electronics, ie. reciever and radio, all 3 hi-torque servos, billet reciever box, and all ez start stuff. was a 3.3, blew that up, installed a 2.5, and guess what..... POP! i also have 3 nitro rustlers, 2 1.5 pro's, and one BAMF 2.5r (not for sale) a axial ax10 scorpion crawler, all integy'd out, and I just went and bought (tonite!) a new slash short course truck. I think a 1.5 rustler, or my tmaxx roller would be a good swap...... assuming I dont say f it all, and get my banshee back out of its dusty corner.......

That is correct, I have never ran a DMC headpipe, and am not really willing to shell out a shit ton of cash for a pipe I may not like. I may try it on my wifes bike with CPI's to see how much work it'll take to mount it. After all, I already know CPI's make my bike run killer!! I am still open to suggestions....

I need to know what headpipes even come close to fitting, got a set of dmc mid pipes and a single silencer.

I would recommend checking out exriders forum if you guys wanna know what all they fit. I know they dont fit a 250r, and 400ex arms will, so I say they wont fit your 400ex. But I may be wrong.

We have some sh@t left over from a race bike we did. Stock front a-arms/tie rods, foot pegs and heel guards, perfect axle with sproket hub, cam, headpipe, headlight, tail light (may keep for my 250r). I will take 75 for the a-arms, 75 for the axle, cam & headpipe for 40, headlight 40, tail light pending...... just let me know.
