I just put a 200watt ricky stator in my buddies duner, and now it has a stutter on top that wasnt there before. I know I have my gap set right, and I made sure the tabs on the flywheel were clean, and re-checked all my connections.

Have you tested the lower unit on the stator? (aka pick-up coil) if your stator and your coil check out good, then your on the hunt for a CDI box. find someone else who has a banshee , take your CDI off and plug it into their bike. if theirs dont run no more then you found your prob! I just went thru this on my wifes 94 banshee.

I bet you would be surprised how close your jetting will be between those 2 pipes, just start with that needle back in the middle, and see what happens.

The stators lighting circuit may be bad, and your gonna need a regulator. post up in the wanted section and I'm sure someone will have what you need.

Well, with a 4mm stroker crank, you are basically pushing the piston up 2mm higher out the top, and pulling it 2mm further down the hole. But the stroker also affects piston speed, and the duration at which the piston stays at the top and bottom. what pistons are you using? standard? or 795 series? plate under the cylinders or cut domes? For me, when I build a 4mil motor, I dont use the plate, and just port accordingly, and run domes that are cut to clear a 795 series piston and I use longrods.

you are stepping into a mine field asking that question. seriously involved job that take skill, patience, and most of all, experience! I'm not saying you are incompetent, or un-skilled, just saying its cheaper in the long run to get someone to do it. Or buy a cub, LOL

If you are leaving the motor stock, Toomey T6's are probably your best bet.

I have no problem keeping up with, if not just smoking any new fourstroke at little sahara, or any of my local ride areas. 17 ft/lbs on those i think, manuals in the garage and its hot as hell out there.

I have had a set on a shee, and unless u like the look of a lifted monster truck on itty bitty tires, I wouldnt reccomend it. But I will be more than happy to sell the shocks!

I have 2 sets, and one set has had both pipes re-welded on the tab, and they were the Cascade show chrome! sucks, just make sure you dont have the pipes in a bind when mounted, like against the head or anything. Now Im gonna be pissed if I go out and look at my other set and find a crack!

Try a different gauge before you get pissed at the motor. Then if it reads low too, set it on fire!!
