  1. right on. so about 39 horsies. thats decent. im hoping for at least 140 when im done 4 mill cub, a good play port and case port pods carbs - undecided but i may go with stock bored out for the hillshoots and a 2-1 for everything else. pipes - undecided but id like to have 2 sets, one to work well with the 2-1 and one for the WFO hills and drags. hit me with some suggestions about stock carb boring. is it worth it or should i just go with bigger
  2. heres the mods: .60 over i think? (piston size 75) K&N on a cut airbox, 320 main jet (running rich) FMF Fattys and powercore 2 silencers not much.
  3. no porting, could use a hone before you drop new pistons in. the head has a bit of damage on the right side from a bad blow up before i owned the bike. could be rechambered. both jugs and head will be media blasted ill trade them for bars, a roundhouse swinger, billet pieces, a bumper, a wave rotor. just ome ideas.
  4. jayzx that is one nice shee..... the cascade ones are PMR or PWR or something like that arent they? i think they only come in red or blue. i like the braided stainless look but you have to keep the wd40 soaked to them or dirt will bake on em and tere IMPOSSIBBLE to clean up after that. (good tip fo general grease and grime fighting right there, soak everything in WD. when it gets dirty and gross looking (which it will because it leaves everything coated with a light oily coating) soak in degreaser, pressure wash and reapply WD immediatley to dispel the water, let it sit and ragshine the bitch!
  5. id say its gonna be ok. my cylinders look like shit and they worked fine to my knowledge untill i started taking it apart, hell i can see the hone marks in mine...
  6. just wanted to know if i have stiffer springs already o i dont buy a set

  11. well, i dont have a fancy tool as of yet. but i will be splitting the cases and removing the crank.... so they normally slide out after circlips eh? im probley gonna just beat them out ill jam a piece of weed against teh side of the rod (doesnt really matter anyway it needs new rod bearings) much obliged, its getting light out gotta go to sleep before the sun cracks the surface..... graveyard shift is great eh'?
  12. damnit. i hate it when my posts gets good shit in it and i dont have time to read it gotta go to work to make banshee money ....
  13. thats my experience with chain saws and other 2 strokes. but both of em will only go about 3MM either way. There Pro-x pistons.... that might have something to do with it.
  14. Them UPP Split ones are pimp. check it out if yours looks the same you could probley put a cut in it. altho im allways up for the "right" way of doing things considering 7 years of the "backyard" way has ruined my shee. but the ruination has become inspiration!
  15. Can somebody inform me as to how to remov my pistons from my crank.... i got the circlips out but my wristpin seems like its pressed in there...

  18. bump. intake exhaust setup $300 shipped
  19. i didnt know the spindels and calipers were different. think my savings in the frame price will be cancelled out by increased cost in those parts? i had never even thought of this..... bummer * What about aftermarket spindles for j-arm front ends?????
  20. i hear there lighter? and use j-arms instead of a-arms. is there any other real differences? im using one for my build, easy to get.
