  1. My 35 PWK'S never hit with UPP's Neither do my Mikuni 41's It's the billet intakes that are the problem. Get the UPP.
  2. Too much work. Just wrap it in BACon. It makes everything all better.
  3. You will NEVER see a difference. I've tried dyno runs with huge fans and with no fans. Water temp is the only factor that really matters. If I blow a fan right at the filters to keep that area from heat soaking, the motor makes the same power as airflow on the nose of the bike. Yes....you can debate the theory, but in reality the result has the impact of a gnat fart.
  4. If you are running timing that high in a gas motor you have a combustion chamber issue. Anything more than 7 degees on race gas is...... (insert negative statement here) 4-7 or start looking for a problem.

  6. I've done that trick for years with white lithium grease on the inside of the carbs horn. One glance and you can see if ANYTHING got past the filter. Great tip for others.

  12. Yes. Full dune porting. LOL For Trinity that = run a grinder against the transfer tunnel walls to make it look worked on. But still ship it with domes that have a convergent shape. (AKA DETONATION SERIES) For Passion that = Take 3-6 months and $1000 to grind away 5HP.

  14. Perfect! This will be their first mod. I'm sure they bragged up a storm to their friends when they bought their Kawi 450's about the aluminum frame and though they were being different and original by choosing a Kawi. Went out and bought up all the Monster themed clothing, Monster helmet and plastered the shit out of their truck with Monster stickers. Now years later they run at the back of the pack behind all the YFZ450R's with GOOD aluminum frames and hella strong motors. But they could get that brag attention factor back with a carbonfiber axle! Tell everyone it frees up 10HP. Tell everyone it will jump farther. Tell everyone that when it gets here he's racing EVERYBODY. Tell everyone how bad ass it's going to look. Tell everyone........go get the tow strap. ......and an ambulance.   15. ..........I assume so. But that axle was apparently broken by a Raptor. So maybe they should stick to marketing these to the Kawi 450 crowd. They could slap some Monster Energy stickers on them and those clowns would be all over them.

  18. Same as me. But I run the RaceTech stators. And NO you can't just run 7 degrees. If your jetting is off you will be in solid detonationville. You don't chase timing till you get jetting dialed in.
  19. Blaster piston 66.75 But don't try that on most cylinders. 90% will break once they get that thin. I think mine was a casting that happened to be aligned perfect. And yes....you need dome that drop into the cylinder since it's not a zero deck motor.
  20. I dial mine in on the dyno and it's mint, but I'm running 41 mikuni's so my jetting info won't help you.
