hey guys i have a good stator cover and clutch cover with most of the water pump, it's missing the shaft pin and the washer thats it. let me know. i can proabably ship it for like $13

Don't get that CD from Ebay, My bro bought it, it didn't have any useful information at all, no numbers, no real advice just showed some pics of some ported cylinders, and showed a picture of the tools that work best, but didn't explain or show anything of any use.

I have had a degree key in my banshee's ever since i have owned them (on number 3 in 12 years), usually just bought with them in... it is true that they can't be adjusted i admit that is a set back, but if you have your flywheel nut properly torqued down, don't worry about it shearing.... If you are ever itching to spend some money and you have it tore down, thats a great time to replace it with a plate, but i wouldn't just run out there and swap the key out for a plate just for shits and giggles.

Me and my bro's are headed to St Ants for our big Memorial weekend trip we will be staying at the desert oasis resort http://www.desertoasisrvpark.com/ from May 21-25, if your gonna be up there stop by for a beer or a hot dog, or just to bullshit. we ride hard and often, so if you don't catch us at camp stop by right after the sun goes down, we are usually getting drunk and have decided to lock up the bikes by this time, should be 3 or 4 banshees, a couple 250r's and a couple bikes. I will let you know closer to the date, what we will be rolling up in. If you're cool, come camp with us, be warned we don't crash early, and we will bump some Easy-E "Gimme dat nut" in the wee hours of the morning.

I just got back from glamis last week, I could roll for about 4 hours, at WFO lots of hills and playing tag. running pro circuits, K&Ns, shaved head, +4 timing key. running 280 main jet at sea level.

I got so pissed off after like 3 hours of pumping that i started jumping on the front bumper and picking up the front end and dropping it and of course shouting obscenities at it. it worked, i think that the lines just needed some agitation to get the air to move up the lines and the fluid to move down the lines. i picked up a little vacuum deal at autozone for $20, it works better, and the neighbors don't give you funny looks.

i ride most of the same places he does... little sahara is pretty weak compared to st anthony's (just outside of rexburg), so stay in Idaho if you want to do some duning, there are some good spots to ride just out side of pocatello to, If you like nice easy trails and camping mink creek is good, if you like fast and hills, and lots of rocks to slip on black rock canyon is good too. Me and my crew will be out to St Anthony's on memorial weekend, we usually go out the wed or thurs before and stay till sunday. It's hella fun out there, even if it does rain every F@#$ing year.

I know it, the 19-23 worked best for my work schedule unfortunatley.

I have a bottom end, crank, clutch basket, cases, still assembled basically everything, came off a running bike, there was a small repair to the kickstart return spring holder, but it never affected it. looking for 300 + shipping... let me know, i can get some pics for you.

This was a huge oh shit moment... this was about 4 years ago, I was out in the shed working on my banshee, pulling the top end, my wife comes out, says "I'm pregnant" all i said was "OH SHIT". I bet all you married folks can imagine how that went from there. it wasn't pretty.

I would stick with the fatty's for the kind of riding you are doing right now. the 916's are a great pipe for upper mid and top, you can trail them, but you'll have to keep it pretty revved out. i have PC's on mine right now, they are great low mid pipe, they leave a lot to be desired on the top end bang, but if you like have the power always on hand they are good.

Get a HD rubbermaid bin from wally world, dril holes around the top and zip tie it, get some really heavy duty insulation styrofoam and put it on the bottom and around the sides, it will indent perfectly and it offers great protection, it also keeps the motor from wiggling around...

most likley no. if your carb is dripping, your floats just need an adjustment or the carb needs a rebuild or cleaning. the dripping is proabably due to something not seating correctly allowing the bowl to over flow. Popping is usually caused by electrical problems.

i used one of those $4 rebuild kits, it didn't work on mine... i just ended up getting a new one for $10. I think there's a good one over on E2S.

check the connection between your coil and plug caps, i had one loose wire and it was doing the same thing you are describing. after i tightened that up it went away completley.
