  1. Jeff at fast has em about $8 a side. SS allen heads. Just got a set from him a couple weeks ago.
  2. Got a nice set of CPIs $375 shipped. One small ding on header pipe by left motor mount. It's pretty much hidden when pipes are on the bike.
  3. 35.5mm Keihin airstrykers on Gas with CEL needles, 48 pilots and mainjets in nice shape. $250 OBO
  4. I have a set of 35.5 gas keihins on my cub I'm gonna sell. If interested pm me. Going to alky.
  5. I'm sorry I didnt say it "with silencers" they are in exc cond polished silencers, billett endcaps. Maybe I didnt make that clear, my bad. Full set of pipes, silencers, shipping included, in a box.
  6. I'd trade a nice set of Keihin 35s with cel needles setup for gas for a bigger set of carbs gas or alky. These will work on a ported 350, they are off my 4mm cub motor. Prefer non pumpers. Will consider pwk, mikuni, lectrons. NO JUNK please.
  7. I have a set of good CPI inframes good chrome, inframe, small bore. Theres the normal scratches and from riding etc they are used pipes. One small ding from the left motor mount hitting the pipe at the header that doesnt affect performance they run 100%. $375 boxed and shipped. Might trade for alum axle,38mm + carbs. They look nicer in person than pics and run like they should very well. http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a52/Radar51/100_2528.jpg http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a52/Radar51/cpi.jpg
  8. I wouldnt get rid of it either. I know my new 421 runs, but if you have a 190 or 200 lb rider on a stock stroke cub running low 4s dont tear it apart by any means.
  9. I helped the dude that wrecked the grey bike, went and got him a wrench, saw the 3 wheelin shee go by camp too.
  10. Choke on is really lean. Could be pilot but if it fires up I'd say go 4-8 sizes richer at least on the main before you ride. 35mm keihins often run in the 148-165 range jetting, 45-55 pilot. You didnt say what carbs keihin or mikuni.

  12. Dang Jared I got a set thanks though. We could have traded they're pretty nice. I'm gonna post em up when I can.
  13. I have some 18" duros that are brand new and a set of perfect but used 8" X 9" wide 6" offset ITP wheels basically like spacers. The wheels are used but have new unused tires. If interested let me know. Tires or wheels either or both.
  14. I'd say have jeff port it. I just took my 54 stroke 392 apart and have my new 4mil almost together. It's a lot of money difference over just porting. My 392 was pretty fast but I just wanted a little more.
  15. I'll try to trade first if possible. Hoping someone local has a set. Doin a new bigger cub should be done today. Had the cpis on my 400 cub.
  16. Lookin for some inframe BB small flange inframe Shearers. I have some CPI SB inframes in good shape I can trade and add the difference $.
  17. Roughly heres maybe what will help you. A degree wheel wheel gives you the actual real readings because a port is not "open" till the piston is slightly below the port and the port is open. The deck hieght is not the top of the cylinder, it would be TDC of the piston travel. Each degree compared to mms will change as a port is higher or lower. In the middle of the pistons travel 1mm might be 5-8 degrees for example but close to the top or bottom of the piston travel 1mm might be 20 or 40 degrees. I didnt double check the math or #'s to be correct so if you cut yer crap up it's on you. I only gave you the #'s to help you. A good builder does much more on a cylinder than raise ports. Radar Exh 185 degrees stock is 29.1809 mm from deck 190 deg is 27.9859 mm from deck. 195 deg is 26.7828 mm transfers 115 deg stock 43.8899 mms 120 deg 43.014 mms 128 deg 41.5463 mms
  18. Cheap I cant tell you. For good companies. Call Jeff at Fast racing, Nate Mccoy at MCoy's Performance, K&T. They sell them and all have proven reputations. I dont think you'll be much money difference by ordering one somewhere else. Those guys will get you the right domes and setup that'll save you in the long run in my opinion. good luck they are fun motors.
  19. A lot of exhausts leak around the cylinder. Check and replace the orings where they go on the cylinder, or some use high temp silicone on them. As far as it moving i'm sure you mean creeping in gear. They do it somewhat but you will want to check the clutch adjustment where the clutch cable connects on the back of the engine. The downshift problem could be the lockup?? Need more info. Is it doing it at high rpms?
  20. You could only use a diamond hone if they have very little wear. Dont hone a nicasil cylinder any other way. I'd go new too if it were me.
  21. Hey Metric is Andy from M/M coming with you. I got some gaskets from him a while back. Cool guy.
  22. n run rich just not lean. Guess you're there by now. LS powersports has jets right there. They are just high as hell$$ on most things. I'm still glad they are there though.
  23. Looks like aluminum frame. Any more info where did you get the pics? Knowing yamaha their will be some engine changes other than the cases. Gotta stay on top. Cant make the same bike for 20 yrs anymore.
