I picked up a set of cylinders today and the exhaust ports are carboned up. what was the easiest way you found to clean this shit out?

If i didnt have the cash to pic one up fast and i wanted to ride i would try hot glue. try pushing it into the crack with a needle to make sure it seals but before that i would drip some in gas and let it sit to see if the gas eats it. you dont want that shit in your motor. i believe a 79 has a plastic tank but if not they make a tank sealer for old rusted out tanks.
