what you said except your pilot is idle. that sputter could be not enough or to much gas.

you need to set your main / then your E clip lol. / then pilot in that order for it to be correct. put your clip in the middle position with your air/fuel screw at 1 1/2 turns out then do a plug chop. dont ride it for 3 hours and look at the plugs you need to do a plug chop. once you do that get a pic of them plugs and report back.

its no problem. if worst comes to worst i can cut that part out of my old parts frame and you can trim that up to fit and weld. one way or another i can help.

you shouldnt have any problems with pump gas. if i had the extra cash i would buy them and run 93 octane. its all in your dome size for what gas you will need.

well if you can get it to roll that a start. now when you did this chop did you put in new plugs when the shee is warmed up do a wide open throttle 1st threw 6th gear pull in the clutch and shut off the bike then pull the plugs or did you just ride and the plugs were black?

I trade a 86 kx250 for the banshee i have now. if i were you i would look for a trade to bring more money. i know how the majority of riders drunken coal riders think. i`m also from the coal region. $800 is cheep seeing you can get good power out of them. i would fix them bearings and put it in the auto locater for a trade.

so about 9 for the rims and a G for the front shocks / arms. you have port work, fullbore, 2 in 1 , and i`m sure more. if i were you and i wanted a 4stroke i would part that baby out before i did a trade, if you have a title you can get $4 shipped for the frame easy.. just in what i named is about 35 hundred. i would think twice about that trade. i think your smart enough that if you didnt think you should do it your post wouldnt exist.

the plugs dont come out on mine. i put the cutoff wheel to the coil to see if it could be done and no good. i used a extra coil. on what i seen it looks as if the plug wire is soldered to the coil.

I wouldnt do it. i can say they are bad bikes but like it was said above: parts are harder to get. now for a banshee you can find multiple dealers for one part needed. i would stick with the banshee.

i`ll vouch that they look like new. to me they didnt look a month old.
