  2. I got mine from DJ he does good work.
  3. But not here buddy hahahaha
  4. Thats not the woman. if it was she would kill me lol. no one physically told me nuditys not aloud so i just prefer to ignore commonsense and besides the argument stopped so its a positive thing hahaha
  5. I`m with loco on that one. beat that bitch down. size = shit when you smack a punk with a bat.
  6. yes, dont go to a shop lol. they will take all your money and want more. BHQ has more then enough members to help you. just watch out for that MJ fellow. hes a little funny at times lol.
  7. if the cylinder walls are good i personally wouldnt worry about the crank unless you hear crunchy / gritty sounds wile turning the flywheel.
  8. you need to pull off the cylinders and look for play in the rods. up and down play. they will move side to side a little. if you hear what could be sand or dirt in the crank thats not good. you might be able to get away with spraying it with air to get it all out. i personally wouldnt go to a shop. they will screw you with funds for something you should learn to do if you plan on keeping that banshee.
  9. they need to be pressed on. it is more expensive to rebuild then to get a new crank but if all your replacing is the 2 end bearings it wouldnt be much at all. you may not have to go that rout.
  10. if you need crank bearings send me a PM. i have a set (new unused) i`ll let go for cheep. if it were me i would pull the jugs and clean her out. a air hose will work with getting the sand out of the crank but look for play in the rods. not side to side but up and down. i would expect the worst but its usually not that bad. i would also put the air hose to the cylinders and boots to get that sand out. dont forget to clean the carbs. you never know. maybe you can get away with a hone if the cylinder walls are not up to par.
  11. ratios are a touchy subject but i ran 32:1 belray for the first few months and went to Amsoil 44:1 i`m also no expert but the last two posts is how i ran the shee.
  12. I had kinda the same set up but will bills pipes and 19cc domes then went to CPI. my main was a 165 4th clip not sure about the pilot tho. i would also use 93 octane but yea you wont be to lean if thats what your shooting for. i`m not sure about your elevation but i would say you will be fine and i`m sure you will have to lean down some on that main.
  13. hahahaa thats funny.
  14. if you want to save a lot of cash pm NYUK and ask what he has. i have his link below. NYUK
  15. you made out good. if you like you can put that baby in my yard hahaha.
  16. i had to use a angle grinder. if you grind it down close enough without hitting the stud it will fall apart when you twist it with vice grips. thats the best way i found.
  17. very nice. looks like mine at one time
  18. Loco his point is that its not a cheap ass part. i dont think he would toss a few Grand just to say a key is no good. i look at it like if i want to go more or less then +4 i`ll get a plate. i would love to have one and play with my timing to get the best results out of my shee but i dont have time for that so the key is just as good as an option. that key works perfect for me.
  19. fuschia or black.
  20. hell yea man. i would.
  21. i know a guy that went from stock bore to 60 over in 1 shot. he said he wanted more power. my opinion he fucked up big time. i would never go bigger then i had to.
  22. yea, i mad a good bit off my 89 $300 parts banshee and it had no cylinders / rusty crank / no carbs/ boots. i made at the least $800 and still have parts. it also had no pipes or front plastics. dude said it was a running bike all but the CDI when i got there it was stripped so $300 it was. that CDI is on my shee now
  23. why would you want to? for starters its cheaper. 2nd if you have ported cylinders its cheaper. i`m 60 over. if i dont have a bigger motor until the 100 over goes then i`ll have 100 over. its the idea it could be done. Mitch : if its a good bike i say do it. if you get a title i wouldnt think twice. years dont mean shit and everything could be replaced if need be. i would seriously look into a title so you dont get fucked 2G. if you ever need parts look up NYUK and i`m sure he can help.
  24. Sorry i`m late.
