k, i got a guy who is willing to swap his stock suspension with mine and 220 bucks, is it worth it in ur opinion? Also, im not gonna b able to have it rebuilt, not in this area :/

im preaty sure its my gas cinister, is it possible to just swap the 2. and if it is, how is it done?

tried ebay, and rebuild in this country is hopeless. Tried it, they didint change a thing and charged us 100 bucks... still busted

questions: Is this only the gas cylinder? if yes, how do you assemble it? by shipping, where do you ship?

(sry for double post) but is it possible to ONLY buy the gas cylinder, because my spring still works, but the shok is waster (im guessing it has no gas in it). If it is possible, can someone explain how it all works?

hey guys, ive recently found my rear shock 2 b completely busted. Im looking for the cheepst new rear shok i could get, and im guessing that its not the factory 1s. im 5.9 ft tall and weigh 157 lb, i do alot of jumping without landing ramps and only ride in dunes. the cheaper the better (looking to spend below 300 doller). Also, dont bother telling me you got some for sale if u live in the us, cuz shipping is gonna b way 2 expensive (live in the middle east)

Thanx for the offer, however its not worth it as im way over in the middle east and shipping is more expencive as the actual product. Another problem, qatar (being one of the smallest countrys of the world) does not have one spare shock, and the last time the yamaha dealer sold their last part it cost around 500 dolor as the whole rear suspension has to be sold as 1

My personal fav is the ITP Sand stars. Their Vs with a extra little dash on the tire. Secondly, the sand skates r ok aswell

I know what u mean about shipping, its even worse here in Qatar! Might have to cough up 1.5k Durham to get my rear absorber canister fixed. Theres no nitrogen/oil in there and there are NO replacements in this whole country! Tell us more about your riding style, if your not doing jumps/camel grass you should b fine with standers IMO. I hit 1.5meter jumps wo/ landing ramps, bottoms out, bit its not that uncomfortable
