  1. Nah the bolts decided to rattle themselves out. my casesaver is just floating around trying to get ate up. I may have had too much beer last night however.......
  2. blah blah blah wine. i guess i'll bump it for you jared. i still haven't got any bolts for that damned case saver. i'll bet my motor is about to rattle apart. time to pull it out and do a little dis-assembly for next year???
  3. Same places as above...I would add LC Performance to the list. When I've looked around for rough estimates I came up with around $2000 for what you listed. I want a 4 mil so all my quotes were closer to $2500
  4. that picture of the inside of the cylinders looks like they may be messed up a little bit. or it's just the crappy picture.
  5. What he said. Mine is a TCS rebuild and it rides real nice. Firehead might know something about it  It responds well to adjustments. If you go up a few clicks on the rebound it changes quick and was easy for me to get dialed in. I say go with a rebuilt. Find yourself a used rear one on ebay for 50-60 bux and send it in so you can still ride till you get your rebuilt back.
  6. true. If you check his profile he hasn't been on since monday night.
  7. I was just saying wal-mart is dumb enough to take anything back. But that is a multi-billion dollar chain I'm sure. With the relatively small market of aftermarket banshee parts sometimes you have to take the bad with the good. Get the part, either make it work for you, or you can see if you can get a refund. If they won't, sell it and try again. That's just how the world works sometimes. And it's easy to fix, just don't buy from them again if it was really that bad. I've bought a couple Boss products off of ebay and while the carrier I got wasn't the greatest thing in the world, for 100 bucks I got what I paid for in my opinion and its been working fine for me. The intakes are badass though, I love em and would recommend them to anybody!
  8. It's true. And you don't even have to buy the item from them. As long as they sell it, they'll take it back.
  9. I was never very good at reading
  10. I would but I think the 9's will work better and I only paid 70 more for them. Plus they are extremes and I tend to find rocks to tear up paddles, hopefully that thicker blade will help me out a bit.
  11. YOU BASTARD! I just ordered new paddles a couple days ago. I went with some 9 paddle 21 inchers but would have gotten these if I had known! Bump for a great dude

How much is not much? I would like to see how a set runs on my cub.
  13. I have half a stuffed crust italian sausage pizza if your interested. I would even come pick up the bike from you. Good luck with the sale man thats an awesome price. Any idea what your new project will be?
  14. are you trying to sell those pipes? how much?
  15. what kind of performance parts are you looking for??
  16. Well that makes a little sense now and I would still pull that crank and clean all the bearings very well.
  17. What they all said. The crank on a two stroke is "dry" It only gets oil from the premix and does not actually sit in any oil. It's separate from the tranny so if you have piston in your tranny you have a big hole in your cases between the two. And if you had piston skirt in your crank and kicked it over and ground it up you better split your cases and pull that crank. It's going to need hella cleaning to get all the pieces out or it will get ruined quickly.
  18. well if thats the case then you have a giant hole between your crankcase and your tranny. which opens up a whole new set of problems. the crankcase is not connected to the tranny on a two stroke.
  19. if you part it what do you want for the pipes?
  20. wow this turned south quick. not that I have room to speak.
  21. I forgot to add that. I don't usually do it until it dies but let it burn out most of the fuel. Sometimes I still just get gummed up. Nothing 15 minutes and a can of carb cleaner can't easily fix.
  22. Try cleaning your carbs really good first. If you left it sit with gas in the carbs the oil will separate from the gas, or the gas will evaporate and leave the oil and begin to gum things up. It happens to me sometimes when I leave it sit for a few weeks. The black goop coming out your pipes is oil. You are probably really rich. If it was cooler out the last time you rode it and it's warmer now by 15-20 degrees F you may need to drop your main jet a size to lean it out. Only good way to tell is to do a plug chop and see where you are at.
