With +4 timing you will be just fine. I run the single carb setup with +4 and 20cc domes. I mix my gas half super and half1 110. I've never had any detonition problems. Check out my mods in my sig. Im getting ready too put a 4mill crank in my stock dune ported jugs and Chriss @ cascade who did my motor originally told me that the jugs can be reworked for the 4mill port timing. The stuff i dont get yet. Im also going too bore too 66mm and use blaster pistons. So Can ported jugs be reworked too add a 4mill or not??? Ive heard yes and no. So.... WTF! It sounds like its a matter of preferancce? Im here too learn so enlighten me. thanks.

I like my single carb setup. It has tons of bottom end. Im going too put a 4mill crank and go too 66mm bore and i may stay with the single for the torque and bottom end. The builder of this motor has done several like this and claims they work great. Then again I like too play in the tree shots, hills and soft sand. So im not in 5th or 6th much. It falls on its face in the high gears. Im considering going back too 2 carbs also. If i do im going too use 30mm oko most likely. I have some 35s but i think they may be too big.

Yes this stand is awesome. With Locos piece of advice and the only thing I would change this stand is perfect. I would like too see 4 holes one in each end so I can mount it too my bench and have some stability when busting bolts ore torqing them down. Other than that its a homerun JD. dont no what happened too my first post. Most of us take the drive too the Oregon dunes. Winchester bay is my favorite riding spot. Biggest dunes on the pacific coast. Theres also florence, coos bay, spinreel and the little itty bitty sandlake. Are you coming over this way? Where are you comming too? Sounds like there may be an HQ ride in mid febuary. Its all a marrer of opinion really. Akheathen talks very highly of the gold series. He thinks I should run them on my ported bike. T5s are tried and true also though. Cpi and shearers are more of a drag pipe but also cost twice as much as the others. Honestly I would run either ones ones on a ported motor. My t4s I have I've been told and understand There more of a topend pipe and may be more what your looking for.

There's no stingers for either as stated in the thread. I do have a complete set of fmf gold series freshly painted black I will sell for 300 shipped. They sre pretty similar too the t5 and some say they pull harder. I also have my personal complete set of t5s that I may sell for the right price.

Yoyr friend is wrong. If u think it runs great at 24:1 32:1 will run awesome and 40:1 will run freakin crazy. There's people that run there stuff at 50:1 even 60:1 all day long bud. Trust us on this one.
