I would buy pipes w/silencers / K&N filter / and new tires so you can hook up. The pipes, the brand doesn't matter they all are better than stock, do some searches on here and you will see alot of people have discribed the power charactoristics of diffferent pipes. You need the K&N so the motor can get some freakin' air and run. The tire thing is because the stock tires suck and if you are going to ride in all kinds of terrain MAXXIS RAZR II is by far the toughest freakin' tire out there hands down and get the full set cause the front stear awsome. good luck and have fun modn' that bitch out. I have read alot on the I RAZR I was looking into them myself I was talked out of it by the wear factor everyone said they wear out really fast. I bet they both wear fast cause of lug spaceing. rockymountainatv.com has the best deals on all tires i have ever seen good luck :thumbsup:

I did the lube thing before I went riding last week and it seemed to help they do seem to corrode pretty quik we will see how long the lube fix holds up' just one more thing to babysit on the 'shee besides the 100 others !!

I have the same head and domes Jesse and I am sitting at 168psi @1300 ft on cold jugs. The real question you should ask yourself is did you notice a diffrence in performance when you ran the VP as apposed to pump if you did then run it and when you run out of free gas let me know I get avgas at cost at the Lincoln Airport it runs about the same as premium at the pump, and I don't care what anybody says on here; Avgas will never in our life time hurt a fucking carburated gas engine period

I installd new brake pads on my shee for the first time since new about 6 months ago. I removed the shim due to the snug fit but my stock brakes were worn the same so I don't think it is the shim.

I bet you will be right on with the needle on the 3rd

well I have looked around but don't see anything and the caliper retracts cause the pad that is on the caliper side is not wearing as fast rotor is not bent so I don't know.

My rear brake drags on the outboard pad, anybody know the deal.

Just F.Y.I. I went with the 20cc domes due to a conversation I had with a fello BHQ'er he said that the stock cranks can't handle to high of compression enless they are trued and welded, don't know how much truth is in that but I am not one to find out things the hard way, 20cc domes put me at 158psi a side at 1100 ft and that was a bit higher than the chart

I am going to buy a new set of rims and tires and I am looking for a tire that will work well in the SAND as well as the TRAILS (DIRT). I have noticed that the fast trekker and the kenda klaw have a chevron tread in the center, have any of you ran these in the sand. It looks like if you run them backwards that they may work well in the sand.

I run Trinity stage IV's and the run pretty hard and I do the same style of rideing have a buddy with T6's and they are allright don't think they look as good or pull as hard but all in all you will be more than happy with anything you get everyone likes thier pipes FMF PRO-CUCUIT TURNERS TOOMEY CPI SEARER DME LRD GOD LUCK :beer:

oh by the way they make an o-ring grease made by dow corning it's called dc 55 it will preserve the o-ring but it will also swell it just a little bit providing a tighter seal wether it is needed in this application or not don't know but just got my noss head with the fast logo and i will be useing it for sure

i was just talking to a guy that has had his shee from the start and he sad that nothing woke that thing up like a port and polish I just bought a cool head with 20cc domes I will let you know how it goes I have same set up now except my pipes are trinity so if it a huge change you would notice the same change I should now in a week

One other thing to note: is to use a 1/2" drive impact gun/wrench for 1 you won't get it off and for 2 it won't stay on i used a 3/8 drive and it pulled it off but i rode it for 2 passes down the road and my damn fly wheel came loose so make sure you use a 1/2" drive other than that the job is very easy to achieve :beer:

I think you should be able to ride any where, these people are straight up assholes! they always were and always will be. They say our vote in elections can make this country what we want it to be but if you really think about it our vote doesn't seem to be worth a shit. There are people with land here and the jerks in the area won't even let them build a damn track on there own land.
