  10. did some trading with this guy, sent me over his items well ahead of mine. very patient during entire transaction, good communication as well. thanks again dude.
  11. hes an idiot if he just sent u an empty box. paypal will catch this instantly, esp once u show that it weighed close to nothing. he should be calling me this week so i could go by his place to see the shocks. well see if i can grab ur shocks while im down there.
  12. iv got a +6 swingarm powdercoated black stock carrier. just let me know what you have. anything billet, bigger carbs, plastics, front shocks, headlights...those i could use just off the top of my head.
  13. is this the 392 or 358?
  14. nevermind this post...i remembered after i posted that wiseco makes the vitos i have.
  15. yea im good with what they are, just want to know the comparison on the way drive. is there a big enough difference between using the banshee shocks vs. the yfz ones.
  16. im in the market for new arms for my bike. i have noticed fullflight offers arms for banshee based shocks and yfz. which would be the ideal choice. im looking to upgrade arms primarily with shocks possibly in the future. also is there a big difference in ride between +3 width and +2 any negatives between them?
  17. i recently had to bleed my brakes. i was there for two hours with no improvement just like you. so i got a little creative. take the cap off and the black rubber piece inside the reservoir. u should see two holes. now get ur finger and cover the circle, pump handle and hold, remove finger, and then release handle. repeat and youll begin to feel the pressure on the handle.
  18. found thanks guys
  19. asap!!!
  20. that sucks man, this guy is located in my area...i just sent him a message asking to swing by his shop and take a look at them. well see what he says. ill make sure to bring you up when i do...whats your name?
  21. ok since there isnt much info on these i figured id put it out there for anyone considering these. i didnt take pictures of them when i got them but first impressions where, short beefy skirts with large windows located at a higher placement then wiseco an overall good looking piston. my bike currently is .40 over stock cylinders with no porting whatsoever. vforce 2 reeds with reed spacers, timing plate +4, stock carbs main jet at 290, occasionally switch between pods and box, cpi pipes, coolhead with 19cc domes. +1 tooth front sprocket. a buddy of mine has a very similar setup to mine with regular pistons so i have a pretty equal comparison. my riding style is mostly open road riding and trails. so far i have put about 10-15 hours on the bike, always making sure to let my bike warm up before revving/riding it. there is a distinct stronger top end pull over the stock piston bike but still has enough strength to lug through trails without having to keep it in the powerband. overall nice power without sacrificing low end. lining up against each other it is pretty even, i attribute this to me needing to learn how to launch on pavement with brand new knobby tires.. however if were rolling i pull on him every time. so far no complaints. ill keep this thread up to date, until i swap out my top end to aftermarket.
  22. my basket is fine for my current bike, im planning on replacing it as im upgrading to a cub and found a good deal on an aftermarket one.
  23. well mine doesnt make the same noise in the video. that one sounds more of a flapping noise. mine is more of a tick. after i did a little searching i realized the idler gear is not supposed to have any wobble to it. i had always assumed this was normal, after tearing into 3 different engines and them being the same. now why its making more noise now then before? i dont know. ill get a video of mine so u can compare to yours.
  24. thanks for the reply s guys, helped me get a handle on what was wrong. looks like ill be needing a new idler gear bushing, and replacing the clutch basket while im at it. strange iv had two diff engines that had a slight wobble to the gear and ran/sounded fine up until that last tear down. thanks again
