  1. I have a gsxr engine with everything minus headers that i would like to swap for a banshee engine and accessories. Let me know what you have, or if you know of anyone that would be interested. im located in miami, florida. 2003 gsxr 750 complete engine low miles guages both controls wire harness sensors fuel pump air box throttle and clutch cable this is literally everything you need to make it run, and drive. i also have a banshee frame that the engine sits in right now. let me know.

  8. just paint them. i did it to mine using extra header paint from painting my pipes. a lil ghetto rig but hey they look good.....so w/e works

  12. im selling the engine because i have decided to get a little crazy and put a crotchrocket engine in the shee. so i have no more use for my current set up....any of it actually...so its all for sale, and id like to keep it all together first off this engine was just recently rebuilt with less then 3 hours on it, where we took it to the local strip to break it in. its bored .20 over with wiseco pistons....the head is milled .8 so compression is right around 150-160 i checked it before it was even started and it was 154 so it should be more now. it has a drag racing port job with boost Ports drilled in...this was done by twin marine (a local speed shop in miami)...the bottom was also rebuilt, it has a 2005 crank in it thats been trued and welded. the gears and clutch are both fine and look good when we had it apart. this also comes with complete wire harnes, clutch cable, trottle cable+ stock carbs and intakes with reeds, 2 cdi boxs, fmf pipes with toomy tips completly painted black (i hate the fmf silencers so i mocked these upand they look good).... stock air box with k&n air filter this has everything to start running minus the radiator which im keeping just in case i want to use it in the swap im looking for around 1000 for the entire set up. miami, fl will ship

  15. wouldnt the narrow width help with instalation and placement where the wide 4 would be a pain in the @$$?? just a thought
  16. im swaping the engine out of my shee and iv been messing around with ideas of diff motors. how do you guys think the big V-twin will fit into it. obviously mocking the frame is a must, but do you think it would be more or less doable then the common 4-cyl. thanks

  19. thanks for all the info guys, im taking them in to get bored and shave the head while im at it. time for an overhaul
  20. alright i got the pictures of the pistons.....the two on the right have been ones blown on the left side....the piston on the left is from the right side.....ill try and get pictures of the jugs sometime today, but it might take me a day since i keep my bike at a shop. if it is piston slap, would a good bore and new set of pistons clear it up. im also in need of a crank def., the last blow sent shards into the crank wedging itself in and locking it up and bending it for good
