I have my clutch out right now and bought a new one to replace it. Is it worth buying a billet basket? I wasn't having any sticking issues but the basket has the normal grooving.I know that they're supposed to be stronger but are clutch baskets breaking a common issue? Would just getting a hydraulic lever be a better option. I mainly trail ride, etc. No dunes or racing. Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.

Great shape, has just been sitting out of the bike for at least a year and a half. $180 shipped.

I run a K&N with a modified lid. Take an old outerwears and split it so it opens up flat. Take the stock lid and cut the top out. Lay the outerwears over the top of the box and clamp the modified cover on. Keeps extra dirt out without restricting air flow to much. That, along with regular cleaning and oiling works for me. Never had a problem.

Also, if I strip the paint off that area, do you think the numbers will still show up even if it was sand blasted prior to painting? Thanks.

I'm looking into buying a powder coated frame. It is painted over the frame numbers. I know the person who owns it and it is legit. My question is, when I put my motor in it, are the numbers on my cases enough? Can I use the case numbers for registration? What if it's not registered and I get stopped? I plan on getting a written bill of sale, even though there are no numbers to write down. I want the frame but only if it can be done without any question. Please, facts only, don't want to risk my bike on opinions! Thanks in advance for any info. you can provide.
